Be aware of this company. They will get your call professionally but the service end here. I have made an appointment at 1 PM Saturday and got delayed every two hours when I call back to Sunday and Monday. They promised to have someone at my house first thing in the morning on Sunday and Monday. It is all about empty promise since the guy taking your call will not be the on working for you. Try to find your local guys instead.

very informative to my plumbing problem. answered all questions. worked in a very timely manner. so to save me money. also gave us tips on how to avoid this problem again. would definantly recommend and use their service again

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 12/11/2011.
Roto-Rooter could not get here the day we called but they did arrive the next day to help us out. We had a blockage in the sewer pipe going to the street, found lots of tree roots once he ran the auger down through.
Plumber was very friendly and knowledgable, he went out of his way to confirm his being capable to do the job. He actually told how he was scheduled to come on the previous day when we originally called but had to go and "bail out" a rookie co-worker who had gotten his auger stuck in a pipe.
He provided us with some treatments to help prevent this problem in the future (root destroyer and pipe shield)and he said he would tell the office to schedule us for a "scope" of our pipe, due to the amount of roots he pulled out. We have not heard from the office about scheduling the scope visit which is a bit disappointting but a good experience overal.

Review for Roto rooter. Someone was at my house in 40 minutes and did a very thorough job. He was courteous and helpful and also helped me figure out another problem that was going on.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 11/23/2011. Mike from Roto-Rooter was at my house in less than an hour. He was professional and courteous. Mike did not waste any time. He completed the job promplty and cleaned up as well.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 7/25/11. We needed a plumber right away so I searched online in the Boston area. I found Roto-Rooter. Mike came out to Methuen to help us out. He was very professional and explained everything that he was doing. He also told me about a few things that we can do to prevent the issues from happening again. Thank you!
