best plumbing service. they were right on time and when i needed them asa p. very informative to my plumbing problem. answered all questions. worked in a very timely manner. so to save me money. also gave us tips on how to avoid this problem again. would definantly recommend and use their service again…

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 12/11/2011. Roto-Rooter could not get here the day we called but they did arrive the next day to help us out. We had a blockage in the sewer pipe going to the street, found lots of tree roots once he ran the auger down through.

Plumber was very friendly and knowledgable, he went out of his way to confirm his being capable to do the job. He actually told how he was scheduled to come on the previous day when we originally called but had to go and "bail out" a rookie co-worker who had gotten his auger stuck in a pipe.

He provided us with some treatments to help prevent this problem in the future (root destroyer and pipe shield)and he said he would tell the office to schedule us for a "scope" of our pipe, due to the amount of roots he pulled out. We have not heard from the office about scheduling the scope visit which is a bit disappointting but a good experience overal.…
