These guys are great. The selection of Fireplaces and Fireplace equipment is unlimited. The showroom is one to not miss and the staff is very helpful. I love my new screen. It makes the room.

All you ever wanted to know about the fireplaces!!!. Some time ago, we had a few home improvement projects in mind, and were gathering the information. One of projects was about the fireplace, so we went to the Commonwealth Fireplace & Grill Shop to find out a few things.

Even thought we were not interested in buying anything at that moment, the store’s personnel gave us an excellent tour of their extensive facility, kindly offered all the information they had, answered all the questions, and, finally, provided us with a few good ideas and a couple of very reasonable price quotes. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and polite.

We are definitely coming back!

Excellent Experience, Oustanding Service, "Warm and Toasty.". We purchased a wood stove insert and could not be happier with the knowledgeable, friendly in-store staff. The fully explained the pros and cons of the pallets vs. wood stove and had a tremendous selection of products. The show-room is well laid out, so that you can picture the unit in your home.

On the day of installation, the technician was professional, informative, clean, and courteous. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stove and we are thrilled as our oil bill decreased. Any follow-up questions have continued to be met with interest and grace.

We would highly recommend the service to anyone.

A Successful Conversion!. My wife and I wanted to convert our wood-burning fireplace to gas, and our contractor recommended Commonwealth.

They had a large selection of gas inserts and gas logs, and the salesperson took the time to explain the differences.

Once we had decided on a gas log, the salesperson guided us through the different display models to help us select what would be right for us. Then, we were able to choose a glass door for the look we wanted.

We ordered the gas log & glass doors and they were delivered well within the time promised. When we discovered we had received the wrong remote control for the unit, the owner took complete responsibility for the mistake and ordered the correct remote for us at no extra charge.

Today, the gas log and glass doors are installed and working just fine and look great in our living room, just the way my wife and I had imagined.

I would recommend Commonwealth for all your fireplace needs.

Poor Workmanship/Lousy customer service on fixing a problem. Shoddy workmanship from Commonwealth Fireplace. Had a wood stove insert in my chimney. Chimney now leaks after instillation, leaked last two rainstorms, owner joked about me putting sand bags in my house. Bad experience with this company.
