Great affordable all-you-can-eat lunch buffet. The word Dhaba is used to describe a no-frills roadside cafe with flavorful street food that will have your mouth singing. Desi Dhaba takes this concept and expands it to a more modern, roomy and comfortable setting with large floor-to-ceiling windows, cool hanging lamps and muted orange and yellow walls. Highlights include their delicious dosas - lentil and rice crepe?s filled with spiced chicken or vegetables, onion and potatoes. Also sterling is the lamb korma, tender pieces of meat with nuts and raisins in a zesty sauce. And don?t forget to try the savory Peshawari naan cooked with raisins, honey, coconut and almonds. In addition, their all-you-can-eat lunch buffet is one of the neighborhood?s best - and most affordable.
Great food, fast delivery, good catering. I have ordered twice from Desi Dhaba. Once was a small order for just me. The entre and dessert were fabulous. The food was delivered on time, was hot, and was exactly what the menu promised. The second time was for a very large dinner for approximately 50 people. The catered food in bulk was just as good as the food I had ordered before. I highly recommend this restaurant for delivery!
Prompt delivery, delicious everytime. We order from desi dhaba more than 2ce a month. They are always fast. The quality is always terrific. No gross chunks of fat or just empty pieces of bone in meat dishes. Lots of variety on the menu. Very reasonable prices for the size of portion. 2 entrees will give us dinner for 2 and lunch for 1 at a minimum... if we get some of the delicious veggie samosas - add another lunch. We have ordered almost everything and have yet to be disappointed - favourites are the chicken tikki masala and the lamb vindaloo.
Good place, reasonable price. I have been to this restaurant several times and always had a good experience, whether it is lunch or dinner or take out. I consider dinner a bit pricey, but the quality is good. They have buffet lunch which is a good value.
Worst Indian Restaurant I have ever been to. We went there for dinner. There were 2 dead mosquitoes on the table. Loud and noisy kitchen. Seekh Kabab was barely cooked - when pointed out replaced with equally bad chicken tikka. Food took 1.5 hours to come. and prices were exorbitant. In 7+ years of eating out at all quallites of Indian restaurants in US, this was most definitely the worst. Completely spoiled our day. I am writing the review so others can watch out and avoid.
Editorial Review. Indian restaurant serves buffet, salads, freshly prepared vegetarian and non- vegetarian dishes, Indian bread and more.
