Any lawyer from harvard who would go to this buffoon for help, is a real loser.We were told this clown was a highly regarded super lawyer, he turned out to be a pathetic failure who dumperd our case after he collected our $3,000 fee.We were told by The BBB that he is being investigated for his scams against unsuspecting homeowners.We had to sign on with a non for profit agency who helped us for free.

We just looked at his resume on linkeden and we see he is also a real job hopper.If you look further on the web you will see that he is also a dead beat dad.

This woman Laura is obviously Sidells Mother or relative , it is a false testimonial.

We had to file complaints to try and get our money back.

Laura please tell your son to stop using your name for fake testimonials.

To clarify for the writer below, I have engaged in public service work for much of my career, currently helping the poor elderly and dieing. This pays next to nothing (and sometimes nothing). So unfortunately, ivies don't guarantee an income. I missed 2 (two) payments for Chase in Dec. 2008 and Jan. 2009 during a period of unemployment, and they have been holding my mortgage hostage ever since. I was lucky to find Mr. Sidell. But I realize that as is normal in the service industry, you can't make everyone happy and you can't win every case. I'm so sorry that the writer below wasn't able to get what he wanted. But let's not lose sight of the fact that our anger is at THE BANKS and how they are abusing us and abusing the HAMP program and basically get to push us around with no recourse whatsoever, apparently. If we could all unite to stop this runaway abuse by big corporate banks against everyday people, Congress would have to take action. But that is a feat beyond my ability. I thought if I worked with a large national bank, I would be safer. And now I realize too late that I would have been better off with a small local bank, who knows me and who is less likely to screw me so blatantly. But once again, Sidell was able to help me quite effectively where I got nowhere on my own. That's my experience and I stand by it. I hope this helps.

LETS BE REAL CLEAR HERE....Does someone with a HARVARD law degree use someone who went to a Community Law School to represent them in a foreclosure???NO! And when have you heard of a Harvard Lawyer not being able to pay the mortgage??? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!! If you want your bowels cleaned out call this filthy animal then!!! Because I got it in the YING YANG!!!! I GOT BONED REAL HARD!!!! He went to small courts against me and denied being my lawyer after I signed his retainer!!!!! And than he kept lying through his filthy behind !!!! His nose was getting long like Pinnochio so he can shove it up Jerry's ying yang at the office, THIS LAWYER SCREWED ME AND NOW I HAVE A SALE DATE, I AM ALREADY SUING HIM AND I HAD IT!!!! This lawyer is a real scumbag and robbed me!!!! Harvard Community College is where you went to Laura C!!!!!

Many are in need of your services.. After working with the bank for 3/12 yrs, nothing but lost documents I had sent in repeatedly and many false promises, I called Sidell Law after hearing of them on a radio commercial.They were wonderful to my family and had such understanding and compassion,but made no false promises, saying this would be a difficult mortgage if they accepted us as a client. Mike Lundell called and they would take us on, Sidell Law and the whole team. Nine months later we have received our trial modification. We were astounded at what Sidell law was able to accomplish. Our terms: monthly pymt. of 1,878 @ 2%, with 324,000 principle forgiveness. Mike Lundell also said Sidell Law will see us through until we have signed our permanent modification. Professionalism and genuine concern for our hardship is what we have received from Sidell Law. It has been a remarkable experience.

THEY BUSTED A BIG LOAD ON MY BACK!!!!. YOU WOULD EXPECT THAT ANY LAWYER WOULD GIVE YOU THE RESPECT AND DO THE WORK EVEN THOUGH IT MAY NOT BE THE BEST WORK PRODUCT.

But what did this law office do???!!!!!THEY BUSTED A BIG LOAD on my back!!!!!They CHUCKLED, and giggled to eachother while having me waiting on the phone expecting to speak with MOSS SIDELL!!!! Absolutely the worst decision I have made in years!!! It may only be a few thousand of dollars, but it is STILL MY HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!! This is serious scam, like they always say, "SCAMMERS GONE FREE, AND THE ONES WHO GET SCREWED ARE WE." This is amazing!!! I literally got the same treatment as others on this review site after seeing this attorney!!!! The problem is that i feel that I got SCAMMED and robbed so bad that this will haunt me for the rest of my life!!! I am almost a Senior citizen and till my grave I am going to never forget the day I paid this attorney my few thousand of hard working dollars!!!!I figured I might as well go with the theme of the voices of others who have been outright scammed by this office...I will make a complaint but most likely I WONT get any money back.....It is like I have been infected by a disease that will never go away!!!! Just like I caught HERPES!!!!!!!

this lawyer and his goon jerry gave me a colon cleanse also!. i'm out 1750 before I figured out it was too much effort for this hose bag attorney and his salesman to finish with my home.I had to drive to connecticut to Bank of America to a seminar to get the help I needed.I was 7 months behind and was freakin out.they didn't give a rats ass.only call i got was to give them my second payment,they even lead me to believe once i paid them it was a done deal.

they are con artists and could care less about us homeowners.if you go to there cheesy offices ,hold your ass, because they're ready to stick you!

my wife called the BBB on this sidell gang,what a disaster!. we have been waiting for a call back from this schemer jerry and his boss sidell for over a year.We gave them 2 payments, one cash for a total of $2600 and all we got is jerked around.I'm a construction worker who gets laid off mostly in the winter and i need that money.My original salesperson Donna said she quit when she realized this was a money sham!

my wife is sending in a complaint this week to the bar assocaiation-sh*theads like this need to be shut down.This ahole attorney is a real piece of pond scum!

TOTAL SCAM!. After two years I still have not heard from the representative, Jerry Mayer, that was handling my loan. He kept asking me to submit new paperwork to him, which I did. I finally wrote a letter to the business demanding my money back and have not heard anything back from them. I have left voicemails and emails and no one will return any of my calls. Do not get scammed like I did..my next step will be hiring a lawyer of my own.

PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE. When I first met with Sidel Law in January 2011 they told me that the process could take 9 months to over a year and the Bank of America would try their best to make it so difficult, that we would give up. The "bank" really doesn't want to modify your loan. During the process Bank of America sent me many Fedex envelopes and left messages on my voice mail to send in documents that they have never received. ( Sidel had been sending these documents to them monthly)

About 8 months later I got a letter of rejection. I was turned down by the actual INVESTOR who owned the mortgage.

Sidel went right back to work ,applied again and in January 2012 I got the Trial Modification.

I went from an Interest & Taxes Only to a Principal, Interest & Taxes at a savings of $850 / month.

During the entire frustrating year the one word I kept hearing from Jerry was "PATIENCE"

Moss and Jerry got this done where I would have given up. They are GREAT and I highly recommend them. .

jerry and sidelll can kiss my big black dirty booty!. i'm a single black mother who signed up for our rights for obama! after a year of the run me around i have nothng but nonesense.this lawer is no good and his salesperson jerri has no goddarn idea what to do for me.

i keep leaving long messages and keep getting me nowhare.i hope these peoples undersatnds how they jacked me wrong!

i wants my $1600 backs or I go to community cwentyer for help.

this lawyer is nothing but a big sh$tt faced storyman!
