Our RAID 5 server needed to be reconstructed due to faulty errors that kept occurring. After a day of my technicians trying to reconfigure and get it running properly they gave a shout out to Secure Data Recovery Services to do a RAID 5 Data Recovery. We chose their Emergency services to get it back as soon as we could. I had to send all the employees back home and gave them a paid day which cost me a bundle. Secure Data Recovery Services analyzed and provided quick solutions to the issues. Before the end of the day they corrected the faulty issues, re-imaged one of the drives and reconfigured the system to run efficiently. Best of all, it didn’t cost me a bundle! Computer Repair companies will suck the life out of you charging tons of money for very little actual time they put into repairing your pc. Secure Data Recovery Services did not! I knocked my tower over and when I went to reboot and nothing happened. Secure Data Recovery Services repaired my computer quickly and efficiently and did not overcharge! The cost was very reasonable and the staff members were friendly and courteous. I am very hard to impress and I have to admit that they impressed me.

Your services are commendable!!. While many companies claim they can do a RAID 4 data recovery, only Secure Data Recovery Services actually can! This company is impressive from beginning to end in every which way. Their dedicated professionals are always punctual, thorough, dedicated and professional. This is a world class company with high standards in ethics and security keeping all of the data on the server safe from harms way. I thank you again for fixing our Raid 4 server when it went array. The cost was affordable and the experience was pleasant. Our tape backup system was spinning and doing nothing. How long this went on, I was unsure. I unhooked the machine and brought it to Secure Data Recovery Services. They explained the procedures to me and said they would call me when the tape data recovery was completed. In just a few hours, I picked up my tape backup system and when I got back it worked again. No more spinning and noises. I thank you for being fast so our downtime was not extreme. The cost was affordable and the experience was pleasant.

You are amazing!. We thought our tape backup system was good and we constantly forget to check it everyday assuming it was doing its job. Over a week passed at it was not working and we never knew it. I contacted Secure Data Recovery Services to help us. They arrived in 30 minutes, cleaned the machine and made suggestions for a new system. They took the tape back to their building and did a tape data recovery to capture all the data. The tape backup system we had was there for over 10 years and it was dying. We took their suggestion and they are now our one and only recovery team with our new tape backup machine. Thank you for your amazing knowledge and experience. I went to put my memory card from my camera into my laptop and it would not work. It said it could not recognize it. I have done this 100 times and I had no clue why it wouldn’t work. I sent it out to Secure Data Recovery Services for a USB & Digital Media recovery (that’s what they called it) for repair. One of the sectors was bent which they fixed. All of my pics were there and they said they were sending it back to me. It arrived the next day. I tried it in my laptop and it instantly worked!! You are the best!. Files were missing, emails, contacts, photos and more disappeared when I turned on the computer. After an hour of trying to figure out where they went I gave up. Calling Secured Data Recovery Services was the smartest thing I did. I dropped it off to them and not even 2 hours passed and it was ready to pick up. Thanks. My iPad 2 was doing weird things. It was like things were missing and then they came back, fonts changed, icons disappeared etc. I started to worry I would loose my project that was due on Friday for school. I would hire them again in a flash. Somehow our files / email data recovery became corrupted and no user was able to retrieve any data, email or any files. We contacted Secured Data Recovery Services to see what they could do. They came to our rescue and first did a diagnostics to find out what the problem was. Within a minimal amount of time working on this issue, they figured it out and all of our data, files / email data recovery were back to normal. I do not know what we would have done if we lost everything because we did not back up the system. Superior knowledge and thank goodness the disks were not destroyed. Thank you for your excellent services and I highly recommend this company to everyone who is looking for shear expertise and know about problems with their computers.
