Good selection. Harvard Square Eye Care is a great place to go when looking for modern, and affordable eyewear. The selection is great. They had several selections of designers I hadn't seen elsewhere. I would recommed Harvard Square Eye Care to everyone.…
I had been looking everywhere for a special pair of glasses. It was days before my wedding and I had broke my glasses that I was going to wear for my wedding. I had scrambled throughout the city, looking for the perfect pair of glasses, and ended up at Harvard Sq. Eye Care where I had landed on a wonderful pair of glasses, that were ready just in time for my wedding. I was thrilled with the customer service, affordability, and selection.…
very accommodating!. So I called HSEC in a panic because I was leaving the country in a week and I had just lost my glasses. I am practically blind without them so I am sure I sounded pretty hysterical in the phone. The woman on the phone was very patient with me and was able to fit me in at their central square office that day (did I mention it was a SATURDAY!?) She even pulled up my insurance benefits beforehand and deciphered them over the phone so I could understand them. Since I got there ridiculously early I browsed through beautiful cases of frames. The girl at the front desk came right up and started helping me pick out a pair of frames that fit my face and my style sense, while still keeping it within my price range. I am usually really skeptical of sales people but she was really down to earth and honest so I was able to tell she was telling me the truth instead of trying to get me to buy the most expensive pair of frames. I was able to pick out frames before my exam so while I was dilating we completed my order and the optician made sure I would get my glasses before I left the country. My glasses were ready for me 2 days later! HSEC exceeded my expectations!…
simple repairs!. so, I was stretching late Friday night, and as i stretched, my glasses hit my knees and the frame got bent. (I was bending my torso over my knees while sitting with my legs in parallel to the ground.) So after dace class Saturday morning, I went looking around for an eye shop in Harvard square. I couldn't find any open stores that had a good price for the repair, and so I went home and did a little research. On the web, I found this store, and went to their Porter square branch. There, they staff was kind, and fixed it as I waited, (less than 4 minutes), and they didn't charge me a cent! :D…
saturday saver!.
I was visiting some old college friends in the city last weekend and we were at a pub saturday afternoon watching one of the womens world cup games. We were just getting up to leave when an angry
england fan jumped off her stool unexpectedly and accidentally bumped me knocking my glasses right off my face! Well i'm completely blind and awkward without them so the first step i took was CRUNCH. Yup, i just stepped right on them. I began to freak out but right as i walked outside i saw a sign for Harvard Square Eyecare and i couldn't beleive they were open saturday afternoon! I walked in and right away a gentleman helped me pick out a pair of affordable fasionable frames that was the perfect perscription (apprently i had needed to a checkup for a while). Within 20 minutes i was on my way and able to enjoy the rest of the weekend with my friends!
Thanks guys!…
