I used a Groupon for laser hair removal on my underarms. Six (6!!!) treatments later and it looks like I had nothing done. During my first visit a clinician tried to cross-sell "touch-up" packages. This was before I was treated!! The staff is nice enough, but the service is terrible (they don't answer their phone and rarely return calls) and the results were terrible. All the people that recommend this place sound really suspicious. Don't waste your money - even on a Groupon. I have been to other places for laser hair removal and gotten GREAT results.

I bought a Buy With Me voucher to HLC Med. I'm sure they're a wonderful med spa. Unfortunately, they don't seem to want to answer the phone or return voicemails & emails so I can book an appointment. I've tried contacting them four times. When I do eventually hear from them I'll be looking for a refund, I have no desire to go in for an appointment now.

Great Place!. I've just started my treatments for skin tightening at HLC Medical in Dedham and I can't say enough about it! I was made to feel instantly at ease and all my questions were answered. I left feeling more relaxed and pampered than I had been for a long time thanks to Nicole Verdo, my esthetician. Its too early to comment on the results yet but can't wait to go back for my next treatment! After reading the other reviews, I'm sure I will be pleased! Give them a try!

Excellent Medspa. I have had an excellent experience with HLC Med not only with the services: I had started with my under arms for laser hair removal and added my bikini area because I was so happy with the results. (And who likes shaving !) I have also done skin tightening and was very impressed, after three treatments, I have had people asking me if I got botox...! My husband sees a difference as well.

I have also been very happy with Sarah and Nicole who accomodated me for late appointment times to get me in. They are normally open until 7 pm. Thank you ladies.

The atmosphere and decor is very nice as well, modern contemporary and peaceful.

The only con is they are not open on Sundays which would make booking easier since they are pretty busy.

Not a very positive experience. Went here for upper lip laser hair removal with a Groupon They recommend 6 treatments so I bought 2 Groupons for 3 each. The hair growth seemed to be reduced after 6 monthly treatments. I went away for the summer but 2 months later, the hair was back like I had never had anything done! When I came back to town, I contacted them only to be told that due to the gap, I would basically have to start from scratch & have at least another 8 treatments. Tried to get me to buy all sorts pf packages & were not very consistent with the quotes.I decided not to throw good money after bad & went elsewhere. I do have darker (tan) skin so maybe their laser is not good for that skin type.

BEST LASER HAIR REMOVAL IN MASSACHUSETTS. I decided to give HLC a try since I came across a groupon deal for laser hair removal. I LOVEEEE this place. After years of plucking, shaving and waxing only to deal with ingrown hairs, unsightly bumps and razor burn; laser was definitely a great investment. choice. What I'm really happy about is the choice I made to come to HLC for my treatments. Nicole Verdo was my technician and she is absolutely amazing. She was extremely professional and patient with all of my questions and walked me through every step so I felt like I knew exactly what to expect. Nicole definitely has a gift, both with her actual laser techniques and with making you feel comfortable. I actually look forward to my visits. I have already gone 4 times for my bikini area and am down to minimal hair. The office just recently relocated to a very clean, professional and well maintained building. Upon entrance you will be greeted with professionalism, extreme cleanliness, smiles and a very relaxing and soothing atmosphere.

I would highly recommend Nicole and HLC to anybody looking for these services. It's definitely worth every penny!

You get what you pay for!. I tried laser hair removal several years ago with lousy results! When is saw a Groupon for HLC med I decided to give it a try. Well, I was not dissapointed! The staff is knowledgable and experienced. The facility is clean and relaxing. So far, the results are amazing. I can't wait to try some of their other services.

HLC Med Spa is Great!. I used a Groupon offer to get started with HLC Med Spa. They are very professional. I got great results. I am planning on going back for other treatments. The staff is very professional. I highly reccomend HLC. Give them a try.

Fabulous Service!. I discovered HLC Med in Dedham through Groupon and went for laser hair removal. The staff was kind and answered all my questions, putting me at ease. The treatement areas are clean and well kept. I am very impressed with the service and results I have seen so far. I was in an out in a matter of 10 minutes and able to get right back to my daily activities. They use the most up to date technology so the laser didn't hurt at all. I highly recommend HLC in Dedham to anyone considering laser hair removal.

Extraordinary Results!. I've moved around often over the past decade and I've been to countless spas. I have adult acne so getting facials has become a necessity to maintain a good complexion. Despite trying all the spa products and having a good skin care regimen, even receiving facials (whenever I could afford them) was not enough.

I've visited the facility in Dedham as well as the one in Salisbury, NH. HLC is not just a spa, all of their employees have impressive degrees, training, and experience in their field. Also, the products they use are medical grade, thankfully, so they are potent, but used in the most careful and perfect of ways!

When I receive a skin care treatment, the experience is relaxing and I feel like I've known the staff for years when in reality I've only been going there for a few months. I feel the products working immediately and I walk out with the most fantastic glow that lasts for weeks. And the prices? Extremely reasonable, plus they are always having awesome specials that you'd be crazy not to take advantage of.
