Choose a different locksmith company!!. I do not recommend this lock company. I had the worst service experience in many, many years. The initial service was OK, but expensive. However, the materials installed were of poor quality. The door knob broke 4 weeks after installation. It took me one week of calling every day to finally have a technician come out to repair the defective part (which he confirmed was due to a defective part). Three weeks later, the door know broke again (identical to the first malfunction). After calling every day for 9 days, no one would return my call. The receptions were rude and incompetent. My calls would routinely be cut off, and upon redialing, they would automatically drop my call. My final three days of calling were directed to contacting the owner, however the owner never responded. I still can not get out my back door. .... ZERO stars .... awful experience!!!

Affordable prices. I called all the locksmith places that i knew of, and Locks men boston gave me the lowest most affordable prices to get all my locks changed for me, Highly recommend them to anyone who is on a budget and needs locks changed,

Thanks. Thanks for coming out on short notice and replacing all the locks quick. We needed them done by that weekend and we kept putting it off until we forgot. Service was excellent, fast and easy. Thanks again !
