Last night we had a hot water problem at home. Called Winters today and they sent a technician Zane within three hours. He is a polite and friendly young professional. He checked on the hot water boiler very carefully and explained to me what could caused the malfunctioning of a hot water boiler. Later, he found out the problem to be the gas supply, saving me ~$1,200 to replace the pilot. Very professional and honest technician! Although this is my first experience with Winters, I am very glad that I called Winters and also impressed by the high-quality of their technicians. Zane did a good job!

do not use. winters charges 3 times more than any other reputable plumber .in 2009 they installed a waterheater at my house for $2000.00 i have given them a lot of work at my house so i didnt think they would rip me off but they did the waterheater broke in january 2013 so it was still under warranty they told me i would still have to pay for the installation for $1500.00 s i called the makers of this waterheater they gave me the names and numbers of 3 plumbers in my area all 3 quoted around the same price got it installed for $485.00 do not use winters there are better prices and plumbers out there
