They were AWESOME! I thought that they
were very professional and did a wonderful job. Yes, they did bring in buckets and spray bottles, but that was expected (frankly, I'd be worried if they didn't bring those things with them).
They left my home looking and smelling amazing. I have reccomended them to several friends.

Finally I found a cleaning company that provides excellent service and is responsible. They were punctual and professional. The service has been the best I have found. The cleaned my house in about 3 hours.

We had an office fire at 826 Boylston about 6 months ago and my colleague told me to call AAA. Not only did they pickup immediately, but they offered the reassurance that I needed to know that my office space would be cleaned up efficiently and safely. The water damage was extensive, and spread to the entire floor once the smoke and fire was cleared. Insurance covered the costs of the water cleanup, which wasn't expensive at all due to AAA's techniques and tools they use to cleanup water. It's the right price, the best customer service, and the nicest folks I've worked with. My uncle is a firefighter in Boston, so now I know who to recommend whenever a fire or significant water damage hit's any office, home, or apartment in New England. AAA is the best.

We bought an online deal for the AAA Cleaning Service. I initially bought two of the deals online-one for my home and one for my mother's home. They did a good job at both places and I would use them again. I have actually scheduled for them to come again later in the month and hope to get something established on a monthly basis with them because they have fair prices, especially for the quality of their work.

Great Service. My carpets have never looked better! I love the job that the lead technician, Steve, did in my home. He was able to remove stains that I was sure would be there forever! Plus - he was nice, clean, and professional. He explained what he was doing as he went along - then showed me how to protect my carpet in the future from stains. I would recommend this company to everyone!

I am warning you... do NOT use this cleaning service. After foolishly purchasing a LivingSocial deal with them, I practically had to hunt them down to reach a person who worked there. Once I got them on the phone, I scheduled a day and time for them to clean a vacant apartment that I own. They asked me to confirm by email, which I did. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! No phone call, no email, NOTHING. I had to go through LivingSocial and report their questionable business practices, only to receive a credit. They are unprofessional, rude, and completely not worth any amount of money. I can't comment on their cleaning abilities, but they are certainly cleaning up with their false advertising.

Very Professional!!!. The techician was very knowledgeable and professional. The carpeting was heavily soiled but when he was finished, it looked like new. I was very impressed with the quality of the work. I will definatly use this firm in the future, the timing of the appoinment was very convenient; they were accommodating to me and came when I could be home since I work. The difference between Score and other carpet cleaning services was the better quality of workmanship and the technician was responsive and provided educational information about caring for my carpet. Thanks

Pathetic. Totally pathetic. This place is run by a wannabe hip hop artists in Dorchester. It's NOTHING even remotely close to a company. The guy is a pencil pusher who pretends he's a big whig in the water damage restoration and cleaning world. In reality, he's a thief and a liar. Don't even bother calling. It's not even a real company and I've emailed Citysearch about him and they won't take it down!! I had a flood, called this guy, and he sounded high and there was screaming in the background. I did some research online and found out he's a nightmare. Stay away.
