Worst customer service. Absolutely appalling customer service. The owner barks at you if you want a particular cut of the fish fillet and when you make sashimi presentation and freshness are the key ingredients. Also a lack of fish variety will most certainly keep me away from this place. There is a great new store in Brighton that sells fresh fish for sashimi. Sakanaya on Linden st.

Sushi Demystified. In addition to their wholesale fish and asian foods business, Sea to You also provides instruction in the art and craft of sushi making. Conveniently located near public transportation, the Brookline village store and classroom are within easy reach. All materials are provided including fresh ingredients like shrimp, shrimp tempura, crabsticks, avocado, cucumbers and carrots.



Instruction mixed with humor and hands-on demonstrations will leave you feeling confident to try making sushi at home. After class, students are able to enjoy the fruits of their labor and eat all of their handicrafts. Not a bad deal.
