Fantastic Dining Experience. My wife and I ate at Pazzo Sat. night and had a fantastic dining experience. We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed people watching while we had our cocktails and deciding on out dinner selections.

The waiter was young but poised and extremely professional. We followed his suggestions which were the mushroom pizza and artichoke pizza for appetizers. I had the steak and my wife had the scallops for entrees. They were delicious.

All the food had fantastic presentations and tasted equally as good as they looked. We have tried several other outdoor restaurants on this strip of Newbury and found this to be the best dining experience we have had in a long time. We will be back soon.

The best restaurant on Newbury. Towering above the dusty plain of culinary mediocrity that is Newbury Street, Pazzo shines as a glorious city upon a hill. If John Winthrop were hip (and alive) he would no doubt celebrate the opportunity to savor fine Italian cuisine in the lively, unpretentious setting that is Pazzo. My wife and I live a block away and have long searched for a local place to call our own. Tonight, our search ends.

Affordable Italian dining on seen-and-be-seen Newbury Street. In Italian, Pazzo means crazy man. With chef Bill Bradley heading the culinary team at this elegant restaurant, Boston foodies--male and female--go crazy for classic Italian dishes like gooey-centered arancine telephono, rich wild boar Bolognese over penne and tiramisu. Bradley, who does Italian cuisine with easy flair, has come up with a couple of Pazzo signatures, too: “The Parms,” a fun title (parm-loving Sopranos, anyone?) that encompasses veal, chicken and eggplant; and a carpaccio menu that includes a soy-braised portobello with smoky eggplant and grana padano. One thing that’s not crazy? The prices.
