Nice job Tropez!. We moved from Toronto a couple of years ago and bounced around the Wellesley Salon circuit until we found Tropez. Jen and her staff are top notch and we always coming away feeling and looking great.

Great people, great service!. Right after I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly staff. Everyone was friendly and the haircut was great! The salon itself is a great, beautiful establishment and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Great Service. I have followed the owner from salon to salon since she is such an amazing hairdresser. I had my haircut by someone else in between and they did a terrible job. I called her up and she fixed it. I have been having my haircut by her for years now.

Since I am in the salon I have also treated myself to their other amenities. The spa is great. Amazing massages, facials, waxing, nails.

Basically if I feel the need to pamper myself this is the place to be. It is very upscale with reasonable prices. Great spa packages.

Anyhow, if you need a spa with wonderful service Tropez is the place to go.

5 Star Spa. After recently moving to Boston from Manhattan, I was searching for a new Aveda Salon. While I wasn't anticipating finding a better salon than the one in SOHO, I was pleasantly surprized. It's a full service salon, and the staff is very well educated and professional. Also, it's one of the most beautiful spas I have every seen (and I have been to many 5 Star spas). I have found my new home....headed back next Saturday for a facial and body wrap!

Top-notch services without the attitude. The staff is professional and provides personalized service in a friendly way. The atmosphere is welcoming, the space is roomy and spotless. Why not treat yourself to a color and cut, facial, and manicure?

wonderful experience!. Visited this new salon on my last visit to the Boston area....Wonderful experience!! The salon is beautiful, the staff top notch, and the services provided exceeded my expectations. The salon I use when home is a nationally recognized Aveda salon and the experience here rivaled that on all levels. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a premier spa/salon experience.

Excellent Salon and Spa!. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. I've seen Jen multiple times for cuts and colors have never been disappointed! She really listens to what you are looking for and values your input. The space itself is large and well decorated to make you feel relaxed from the moment you step in.

Great Atmosphere. I went here for a bridal party. You could tell they were very experienced and loved what they were doing. My manicurist Colleen was adorable and gave me the best pedicure I've ever had. We had a lot of fun with them and the facility itself was stunning. Not to mention I love Aveda products and thats all they use...

WORST massage ever!! Don't even think about going.. My massage therapist, Neubia (sp) was horrible. She walked in with a coffee mug and for the first 15 minutes she was working on my neck and shoulders, all I could smell was her coffee breath. Not relaxing. Her hands were rough, which made the massage uncomfortable and she didn't use any of typical massage techniques that have been used in the last 20 massages I've had. I could have had my husband give me the same massage for free. When I felt like she was going inappropriately high on my leg, I asked her not too and when she got to the next leg she only worked on my calf muscle. No clue how to give a massage or why I thought she was being inappropriate. When I left I told the receptionist it was the worst massage I had ever had and I was incredibly uncomfortable during it.

The worst part is, when I called to talk with a manager the next day, the receptionist told me she would have to call me back. I gave my name, number, and reason for calling and never heard back from anyone. Clearly I should have read the other postings on this website before scheduling my appointment. I'm disgusted that a professional salon would hire someone so unprofessional and not return calls to clients. They are less expensive than other salons in the area, and there is a reason why.
