Noisy Train Landing.
Its like living in a train station. Train noise is unbearable.
Very few guest parking slots. Even free resident parking slots are limited.
You may get better sleep in a train than in the apartment. Even in summer you can't open windows because of trains passing by every few minutes.
Staff are nice untill you sign the lease. Very very expensive lease break. Several years in several apartments, never seen such expensive lease break terms.
Dont be fooled by "luxury", it will be 'sleepless in Neponset' with the noise.
Not sure how other hilbillies are living in this Train landing.
