Bad Jewelry Store!. Horrible jewelry store!! I did business with the Brockton branch for my wedding band and they lost my original engagement ring in the process!! 2 days before my wedding I got a replacement ring. Then, eight months later, that ring they gave me....BROKE! The diamond and the prongs just fell out! The manager refused to give me my money back and would not even speak to me! Stay away from this store if you value your jewelry at all!
