My experience at this Toyota dealership was great! Ryan Tierney and John Celesk were especially helpful in the decision making process and made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. I don't know much about cars and Ryan helped me decide on the 2012 Toyota Corolla. He is very intelligent and helped me understand all the features of my new car with ease. Thanks to Ryan and John, I am now able to afford a beautiful new car! The service was exceptional and the process was so easy. Easily the Best Service Around – Tufankjian of Braintree offered me great deals and and even greater experience. From walking in the door to driving off the lot I never felt pressured or uncomfortable with the processes that are involved in selecting and purchasing a new car. Bob, my sales rep, is amiable and extremely helpful. We were able to complete all of my paperwork and scheduled appointments quickly and painlessly. Just What I Was Looking For – I had originally only stopped by to look at my options, but all of the information that I needed was presented in a clear and accessible way without any pressure. The sale was matched to meet what I was looking for and everything went smoothly from beginning to end.
Best car-buying experience – I recently had the pleasure of working with Brian McGrath and the Toyota of Braintree team in purchasing my Scion XD. I don't think this comments box could possibly sum up how impressed I was with my experience. Going into buying the car search and going in and out of different dealerships, I wasn't overly excited about the process of deciding on a new car. That is, until I stepped into Toyota of Braintree. I am a huge believer in customer service making or breaking the deal - across the board. Toyota of Braintree has customer service mastered - far beyond my expectations, to be honest. Every employee we encountered was friendly (not pushy or salesy, just genuinely pleasant), informative and very professional. Although we didn't make a decision to buy the car on our first visit, my husband and I both knew immediately that we would buy purchasing a car from this dealer. After my first visit, I received a follow-up message from Brian McGrath just thanking me for my time and offering to answer any additional questions. When I came back the following weekend, I was actually greeted initially by another employee, Mike Hankes, who surprisingly knew who I was and which car I was coming to look at! Again, it was a simple thing - but just another sign that they had their act together! After we made our decision to purchase, the entire process went incredibly smoothly. Bill Detellis walked us through our options for accessories (I ended up going with the security alarm/remote car starter package). I appreciated Bill's style because he came across as very honest and knowledgeable. Arthur Martel was wonderful to work with as well - he took care of all of our paperwork on the finance side of things. Although they didn't have the color I wanted in the store, there were able to track it down in less than 2 days. And, since I was having difficulties figuring out how to pick the car up from the dealership logistically, Brian kindly delivered the car directly to my home. I must add one more time that Brian McGrath was fantastic to work with and I will absolutely be recommending him to anyone I know who's in the market for a car. Not only does Brian have tremendous customer service skills, but he's also mastered the art of "selling without selling", which is a tricky combination to find.
New Car! – Working with Sam was a great experience. He was extremely helpful and was great with customer service. I am happy we were set up to work with Sam on my purchase. I was able to tell him about the car I had and how I wanted something very similar. He took us right up to all the cars and started to explain what he thought I would like best. His first suggestion was the car I ended up buying. I liked that he was not pushy at all and truly tried to figure out what I would really like. So far I absolutely love the car I have and am excited to continue to work with this dealership. I would suggest Sam to anyone I know that is purchasing a car.
buying a car – My experience at toyota scion of Braintree was Great! Manuel Javier was very friendly. He made me feel comfortable. He answered all my questions. All the employes where very helpful and had patience with me because i asked alot of questions and it took me two test drives to make my final decision. Which I decided on a Toyota Highlander. Excellent Service – I was "upside down" on a vehicle that I owned and wasn't having any luck trading it in. On a whim, I stopped in on a Sunday and met Shane Murphy. He told me "A deal could get done," and suggested where I should start. I took his card and left. I still wasn't sure what I wanted to do and the following Wednesday, I went back. Shane remembered me and began the process immediately. After the business manager began running numbers, Shane laid out my options, taking into consideration my needs, wants and concerns. He then showed me my options and when I told him I needed to call the wife, he agreed. When she came up, Shane treated her with respect and didn't pressure her, (which would've led to us walking out. My wife does not put up with pushy salesman.)He let us talk, but kept us informed on what he thought would be the best option for us, without being forceful. After we decided on a car, my wife and I both felt that Shane did his job well, he knew when to interject and he knew when to stay out of the conversation. I am 100% happy with the new car and my experience with both Shane and Arthur Martell. My daughter bought a car from Shane today and she was just as happy! We will be back and we Do recommend the dealer, highly.
I had been to another dealer and was offered the same car I bought, but I declined, because I didn't feel as though they had my best interest in mind.
