Toyota of Braintree understands that customer service and integrity is what makes a dealership a pleasant experience. Yes, you can buy with the utmost confidence, and not have to spend most of your day haggling over the price and additional options. I was warmly greeted by Shane Safford, who walked me through the process from start to finish and spent his own personal time to make sure I was completely happy. I would be remiss to not mention that Don Richmond and Walace Langame are two of the best in the business. Mr. Lagame reassured me that he could work out a feasible deal, and turned water into wine. I'm most grateful for the professional expertise and experience in getting my new truck. I will again say, buy with confidence from Toyota of Braintree.

Ryan Tierney is ONE of the reasons I will be buying my next car from Toyota of Braintree. I brokered this deal for my grandmother. He and the rest of the team were professional, friendly and knowledgeable in every aspect of the sale. I have been a Chevy loyalist since I bought my first car. This is now going to change. Every aspect of the sale was outstanding. I felt no pressure. My time was valued. I was catered to, but not patronized. The price of the vehicle was fantastic, and the mileage it had was unbelievably low.

The sales personnel were friendly during my visit to bought my new Sienna, including test driving and price negotiation.

I have dealt with this dealership in the past: I leased two cars from them prior to purchasing this new car. Each time I have dealt with Tufankjian , I have had a positive experience. The employees at Tufankjian have treated me with respect and courtesy each and every time I have walked through their doors, whether it was during the process of leasing the two cars, or for service to them. This time was no different.

Ryan Sell was probably the best salesman I could have asked for. He was calm and reassuring. He was knowledgeable. He was willing to help me in any way he could. I never felt threatened. I never felt swindled. I actually felt comfortable and sure when we were going through the steps of the purchase. Not only would I recommend Tufankjian to my friends, I would suggest they deal with Ryan Sell. I would absolutely buy a car from him again.

I had a GREAT experience with the folks at Toyota of Braintree. Specifically Bob Wilfand, whose approach to dealing with me killed any stereotype a car sales man I had in my head. His thoughtful approach to finding me the right car, and more importantly the right price, was unwavering. His patience, calm demeanor and professionalism was unlike any experience I have had at other Toyota dealers. His product knowledge of the car(s) was top notch, and he was a pleasure to deal with. David Tufankjian was also involved in the process and he even introduced me to his father Charlie. The approach this group took in order to ensure me that my experience was a positive one, makes me believe, that as along as I continue to buy Toyotas, I will NEVER go to another dealership again. I feel like I am part of the family (I know that may sound like a cliche) but I speak from the heart. I have already raved about this dealership to friends and family and have even referred Bob to a friend, and I only bought the car a week ago! Thank you so much to Bob and his team!

The follow up actions and after sold service are very good as well. I think this point is the most important because when you actually use the car is the time that problems or questions with came out. At that time a good after service is most important.

I needed a new car quick! Wallace, Angel and Matthew made it happen in less than 24 hours! Service was not only precise, it was personal. The car they helped me pick out was exactly what I wanted and it was ready exactly when they said it would be. Walace made the loan and paperwork a breeze and I got a more-than-fair deal on my trade in. Even though I previously owned a Prius, Angel sat in the car with me to show me some of the new technology items and made sure I was comfortable before leaving the lot. I would recommend this dealer and these gentlemen any day. In fact, I won't buy a car anywhere else!

Wow! Great people great cars great service.....love that place....I HIGHLY recommend Benson...perfect salesman!!!!! I neded a toyota highlander after my car frame broke on my old paid off minivan. I went to dealership at 10am and i had my car picked out by 10:30. Benson didn't push me toward anything I didn't want. He actually knew what car I would actually buy....we looked at a couple highlanders and then he walked up to MY highlander and said "Here is your car, Darlene...God is good!" and he was soooo right. The rest of the day was a dream....I drove away my 2008 Toyota Highlander at 6pm....ASK for BENSON! He's your guy!

Manny did a great job finding us exactly what we were looking for. He didn't try to sale us things we didn't want. When we had questions he answered them directly. We received a good offer for our trade in vehicle. Manny had a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend having him as a sales representative.
