Great Place!!!! So far I have only been treated with fillers and Botox. The staff is great, I had about an hour long meeting before even going into the room for my procedure. They really took the time to figure out my needs. I will definatly return to American Laser Skincare(Braintree) in the fall( I'm in the sun to much for treatments like this in the summer) to purchase laser skin treatments!!!!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!. I love this place. I go to the Braintree location. I have had such great results with my hair removal on my legs that I added my armpits too. They even have amazing skin treatments. I had acne all of my life and had the scars on my face to prove it. I started doing the matrix procedure that they have and my skin is so smooth now. I have a hair free smooth body and face now.

Also, the manager is always so accommodating, and the staff is very knowledgable and friendly.

SHAM!!. This company is a joke. The staff at the Davis Sq. location is VERY unprofessional. Appointments, when you can get them, are rescheduled without my consent. The equipment is not that good compared to other places I've been to. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. You will likely not get good results and will be treated very poorly.

Thumbs down. I had gone to ALC Braintree for over a year now. They still have not successfully killed the hair. Since it was over the 6 treatments that they said the hair on my legs would be dead it became harder and harder to book an appointment. They do have a 2 year re-growth guarantee, so technically they wouldn't be making any $ on me since I had surpassed the 6 treatments. I had been cancelled and re-booked a few times until the last time where I was rescheduled from 2 weeks prior, I was stuck in traffic on the interstate; so i called and said I was enroute, but was going to be late. When I arrived to the appointment although I understand I was late, but they said they couldn't take me because of the next person. I was pretty mad I said well you delayed me 2 weeks, why can't you delay the next person 20 mins? I also said the person I spoke to should have just told me that they wouldn't be able to take me, i could have just turned around rather than fighting traffic to get there.

My experience with ALC in Braintree is not a good one. I have spent a lot of money on hair removal I want to successfully kill the hair I set out to, so since they have a 2 year re-growth guarantee I am trying another location, hoping for better results and professionalism.

100% NO RESULTS!!! - REPORT TO FTC!!!. Don't be fooled. Just because this is a big company, does not mean they have the best lasers. I have had many treatments at American Laser Center and have seen ABSOLUTELY NO RESULTS!!!

Keep in mind that I have VERY DARK hair. I have went to two other laser hair removal centers and have seen AMAZING RESULTS...nearly 95% of active hair follicles killed in just ONE TREATMENT!!!!

DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT AMERICAN LASER CENTER!!!!

Not good. They offered my friend a free laser treatment that she won in a raffle last week,when she went to get the treatment,there was no medical staff just 3 sales women.Kristie (the girl working there) said they would not give her the laser treatment,and would not explain.When my friend tried to get back all of her paper work she filled out Kristie grabbed it yelling I need that for TAX purposes.They were trying to write off $350.00 as a gift when they did not do any treatment. My friend called Police were called and it was a big scene the strange girl Kristie was lying to Police about the incident,she was very dishonest the other 2 sales girls just looked puzzled .Its fuuny now but was a nightmare at the time.I did some research & this is not the 1st decietfull thing they have done.

best laser hair removal center. great service, nice staff, and the manager was very knowledgable.She answered all of my questions and she made me feel very comfortble.The staff was very welcoming .Over all i had a great experience here and the manager and the staff very professional and i would recommend them to anyone who is looking to have their services done. the clinic also smelled good and was very clean.
