I use to go to Comfort Vision, but the service here is horrible! The receptionist is VERY rude. If she recommends you a pair of glasses, and you don't like it, she rolls her eyes at you and starts talking to other people in a different language (probably talking behind your back). Her voice sounds super annoying also!
The doctor is ehh also. She doesn't help much. She tells me I have astigmatism and then she doesn't bother explaining to me what that is. She constantly tells me my eyesight is bad. Yeah I know I have poor vision, stop repeating it!!!
The frames are HORRIBLE as well! Mine was slanted & when I went back to ask for them to fix it, they said they can't because they might break it. So I paid $100 just to get slanted glasses?
Oh yeah, you can't come even 5 minutes late. The receptionist will bring in the next customer and make you wait another hour. Overall, RUDE & NOT FRIENDLY.

I went to Comfort Vision for the very first time today and I had a very good experience. The service is excellent and the choice of frames is unbelievable. The service, attention and follow up call were really impressive and I was amazed at the detail of knowledge and explanation I received when I asked about different glasses and lenses. You will find frames here you do not find anywhere else.

Terrible Service, Slow and Unprofessional. My mom went to this place as this place advertise that they take the Mass Health insurance. She is Chinese and was hoping that she could get friendly service at this place in a Chinese mall. The service that my mom received was horrendous. First, when you went for the eye exam and when they find out that you are not interested in purchasing expensive frame, their attitude is bad. It took 3 weeks for the glasses to be ready. Not sure why it took so long. In addition, when she went and got the glasses, she asked for a basic eyeglass cloth and the attendant told her that she couldn't give her one because the insurance does not cover the cloth. Then my mom asked if her glasses can be adjusted, she even told my mom that she couldn't adjust them because if it broke, she couldn't be held responsible. This is the worst service I have seen after 10 years in the US. I would definitely caution anyone who think they could get good service in a friendly Asian Eyeglass store, I will definitely exclude this one from my list.
