I'm A Happy Camper - Great Boston Computer Repair Company

I recently brought my computer in to A+ Mobile PC Doctors computer repair shop on Newbury St. in Back Bay Boston for what I thought was going to be a major overhaul, memory upgrade and general tune up. I actually suspected that the damage my kids and I have done over the past couple years to the PC was going to result in a much higher costs to repair the computer. The A+ Mobile PC Doc's technician actually took the time to explain what was really happening with my machine, and how I can prevent this from (easily) happening in the future once the viruses were removed and he had upgraded our RAM from 500MB to 2GB. Overall I was impressed, and the bill was far less than I had been quoted elsewhere. I feel good recommending their computer repair service in Boston.

Bottom line - Overall a positive experience. I have used several other Boston computer repair services - and every other computer repair company has either not known what they are doing on an expert level, or have hidden costs, or they took way too long to fix our PC and network issues - or something, always something. I have zero complaints about A+ Mobile PC Doctors - they were just out at my office today (yes on 4th of July) and fixed my network and email issues quickly and affordable - they are my IT outsourcing company and I highly recommend them. - Joe A.
