There is no one at 316 Newbury St! After doing some digging online, looks like these guys dont know what they are doing anyway! cant believe i drove all the way out there!

Very Skilled I.T. Veterans. I saw the below review and just had to respond since I know A+ Mobile PC Doctors and have been using them as needed for the past (approx) 7 years. I have a business in Boston and these guys are solid. The below review is an obvious attempt to smear their online reputation (what a shame that people do this sort of thing). I can vouch that they really know what they are doing, are very professional, reasonably priced (especially for Boston) and have always delivered for me and my company. I highly recommend A+ Mobile's computer tech services.

NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. How this place is still opened is beyond me! The engineer i worked with (who will remain nameless) clearly had no idea what he was doing because after they said my computer was dead, i brought it to Best Buy and they just swapped out the RAM and the system was up and running like new. not only that, but the unit was still under warranty (i didnt even know that) so it was free!

Best computer repair and service in Boston!. I love these guys because first off, when you call them someone always answers the phone. Secondly, even though they're in Boston, I can call in from anywhere and they help me if my laptop malfunctions. Also, they never talk down to you, they're extremely efficient, really knowledgeable about PC's - I have an IBM, my husband has a Dell - and are also great with Macs, which is really unusual. Before we had to use a different person for all Apple products. Very reliable and excellent attitude.

Honest and Knowledgeable Boston Computer Repair Shop. I recently took another of my laptop computers into A+ Mobile's Boston computer repair shop for a DC jack and virus removal, and once again they impressed me enough to write this review. I am happy to say these guys are fantastic - and much more affordable than any other IT services company I have encountered in Boston, with a faster turn-around. Thanks again A+ Mobile!

Boston's Best Mobile Tech Services. I truly believe these guys are the best computer and IT services techs I have ever encountered in greater Boston. I say this since they have managed our IT infrastructure and our website and web-based CMS since 2005 when we first found them - and again today they pulled us out of the fire as our telephone systems went totally haywire after we just launched a huge advertising campaign and stood to lose millions - they were on site very quickly and had our phones back online and ringing in record breaking time. I say a big thank you to A+ Mobile!

Fantastic Remote Computer Support and Boston Computer Shop. Although I am not in Boston, I contacted A+ Mobile for my son's laptop who is a student at BC. They not only did a great job for my son with a quick turn-around and very reasonable price, they remoted into my PC from their Boston computer lab and fully fixed my virus issue and optimized my PC. I am very happy with their service.

Fast Affordable Tech Services in Boston. I have now used A+ Mobile's IT services in our Boston office on several occasions and again they have impressed me. These guys really do go the extra mile and treat you like an intelligent person even if you are in way over your head on the tech side - but they don't make you feel that way. In addition, they are very affordable compared to their competition in Boston - and they are conveniently located in Back Bay - who would have thought it possible? Thanks again A+ Mobile

Fast, Friendly and Professional Computer Services. I called A+ Mobile and they really responded. The same day they had my home business computer repaired and I am back up and running. I would recommend their tech services to my friends and family.
