The Good Geeks should change their name to the GREAT Geeks, as they are terrific at what they do! I have a home-based business & something is always going wrong with my comcast email account, my printer, my laptop, you name it. The Good Geeks are responsive, fast, friendly & professional, and get the job done right every time. I highly recommend them.

GOOD GEEKS IS GREAT!. Good Geeks is a great partner for all your computer needs. I use them for Web hosting and their service is top notch -- they are prompt, understanding and go the extra mile to make a customer feel appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a company that is fair, honest and has a reputation that can't be beat.

Getting it fixed right. Good Geeks get it. They are dollar conscious and value oriented. If your computer can be repaired at a fair and reasonable price and the potential of a good computer life ahead, it will be repaired in a short period of time. If the repair is not worth the expense, the Good Geeks tell you so, tell you why, and a course of action to take. Nice to know good quality, value caring business owners are alive and well at Good Geeks in Hull, MA.

Fast Personal Service. I had never used a "Geek shop" before, but when my computer, after many weeks of sluggish operation, became almost dead, I took it to the Good Geeks new location in Weymouth Landing, a 3-minute drive for me. A couple days later I had it back, operating Better than when it was new. And it was inexpensive. They also recommended a new Security service (which was a big part of why it was almost choked to death.) Got it from them for a discount. Then, when my mouse froze up, and a new one wouldn't work, they fixed that problem in no time. They are fast, thorough, and offer friendly personal service. There have been times in the past when I have wanted to take an axe to my computer, but no more, as long as I know Good Geeks are nearby.

Super helpers for comp illerates. I'm not too good w/ computers,John & Kat have kept me from throwing the machine out a window! Wouldn't hurt it much( I live on the 1st floor) Seriously they have been life savers for a computer illerate such as myself. I have been going to them for help since they opened.

Nothing but praise (& no they didn't n pay me to say that!!) Do yourselves a huge favor and call them when you need tech support. They are Fair ,Honest,& you won't have to mortgage your home to afford them.

Very knowledgable and friendly. They are very fast, knowledgeable, and keep you up-to-date on anything going on with your computers as their working. They also offer good advice and helpful products, and all for a reasonable price. We brought two computers that have burned out hard drives and John ws able to get a good bit of info from them and onto a cd.

The Best. I was referred to the Good Geeks a couple of years ago when I was searching for someone to fix my crashed computer. At that time, I couldn't find anyone who would charge less than $1,000 dollars to fix it. I'm a writer and I was a wreck worrying over what I might have lost. John and Kat were friendly and reassuring. My computer was up and running in a couple of days and if I remember correctly, the cost was less than $100.00.

My computer has crashed a couple of times since then, but the last time, I didn't even worry. I just dropped it off with the Good Geeks. John fixed it up, recommending and installing a better security program at a really good price. My heroes!

Same day service incredible. May daughter awoke me in hysterics. She had just finished a 4 page report due in 2 days and the computer crashed! She did not have time to redue the report. I had my wife drop off the computer at the Weymouth location. Adrian saved the day, he called me first thing in the morning and the rport was emailed to me by 10am. I can not save enough about the service I know I would not have got this service at a big box store. Tham

Best at helping a small business. I have just started a small consulting firm. I need reliable systems as I am producing client-ready reports. I am working from 3 offices--2 out of state. Good Geeks is great, helpful, nice and never let me down. I recommend them highly. I couldn't do what I do without them.

Fast and thorough. My laptop was having problems and I brought it in to Good Geeks and it ended up being a bad hard drive. They saved all of my important files, pictures and even my music and gave me all of it on DVDs so I could easily get it onto my replacement computer. All in less than 48 hours!
