I went in asking for help regarding a new Jeep I purchased and was sent from one place to the other they just sat and pointed in a direction to go. Then I was told to bring back my car on monday not much better on being helpful. I was told it was under warranty I told them i didnt want to pay I would bring it back to were I bought it if there was a charge no problem they had my car all day and I had an appt for 8:30 I was told because I dropped it off the dont do it right away they get to it before the days end something I was not told when I left it or I wouldnt have. Then I was charged 98.oo dollars when I complaint they said ok we'll only charge you 69.00 which i paid. They are anything but nice to people. I decided I would give them another chance seeing everyone has a bad day. Called service treated rudely told they probably wouldnt be able to find it but I could drop it off. No thanks! I called Colonial South and was treated very nicely and they said it would be no problem just come by when it was conveinent for me. I know who will be getting all my business and all my friends business also. Thanks you to Colonial South Chrysler Jeep Dodge for making me feel like you care about my business.
