They've always been nice to me. I've never had a problem with the owner. One time, he had accidentally cooked an additional large Chesse pizza on another order and I happened to be paying for my pizza at the moment he found out and he just offered the extra pizza to me at no cost. Same thing happened another time when someone called to cancel a sub order he already made, he just insisted I take it. So, I have to respectfully disagree that they are not nice to their customers. That I said, I was told my daughter's high school friend that they were very mean to him when he was a delivery driver for them. I have no reason to dispute this, he was a good kid and had no reason to lie. So maybe the truth is somewhere int he middle.

Terrible customer service lost good customer!!!!!. Good food, but owner doesn't understand good business. I used to eat there 3 days a week and will never go back! He was ready to fight me because i asked if he would accept an expired coupon and he flipped out. I was spending almost $50 in food there and all the coupon was for was a free order of breadsticks, his cost may have been $1 tops. Done with them and you should be too! Go to Boulevard Pizza instead!
