Good Experience. I had a very good experience here purchasing a used F150. I had been to many dealerships and on-line but Metro had what I was looking for. They didn't do a lot on the price, but they did take care of several items that I pointed out and the deal worked out ok.

After the purchase, I had a minor problem with a brake caliper hanging up, and they offered to have a flat bed bring the truck back to them for repair and they would send it back on the flatbed at no charge - and I live 50 miles away! They followed up very well, and continue to do so periodcally to see if everything is all right with my truck. They seem to hang onto their salespeople which is a good sign in a business with notoriously high turnover rates. Even though they are a long way from me, they will get my business again because of their commitment to ther customers' satisfaction and excellent follow-up.
