I have used your salon at Emerald Square Mall for many years. On Sunday I had the worst stylist I've had in my life - she rushed the cut - taking about 6 minutes total, the back of my hair is uneven - obviously why she didn't show it to me and one sideburn is straight and the other angled. To charge $25 for this is ridiculous - she didn't offer me a shampoo or even any product to go in it when she was finished. Her name was Rachel I believe - try to avoid if you can, although I doubt she'll be there long.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY!!!. I have been going to this Lords and Ladies for 7 years. The hairstylist turn over is crazy. I ALWAYS have a different girl. Last time I went I saw a young girl named Julie. She had cut my hair before and did a pretty good job. My hair is dark brunette so I wanted to get it dyed blonde. They told me it would be about $200!!! But I forked over the cash..last time I did it my hair looked amazing (again different hairstylist). They had scheduled me in about one hour before the salon closed. Julie did stay late but apparently she had a date set up with some guy and invited him and his 4 friends into the closed salon. I felt really uncomfortable because I had foils in my hair and had these guys around. They were talking about smoking. She did my hair and it looked awful ...It just looked like highlights and it was very blonde in some areas..but I didn't say anything because it was late and I did not feel comfortable. I called the next day and tried to talk to the Manager about my hair but she told me to try and work with Julie directly. I spoke with Julie and she told me to come in later that day. I went in and she put in more foils and it still didn't look different and I had been in there for over an hour and she was working on someone else. I gave up at that point. After spending so much money there I will never go back. I feel like they did not care about me and the staff was always rude and seemed miserable.

Great service...Reasonable pricing...HORRIBLE customer service. I am kind of a spur-of-the-moment person when it comes to hair maintenace but one particular salon, Lords and Lady's keeps me coming back regularly and even has a great re-book special ($5 off next visit!). I usually go in for a color and a cut with blowdry sometimes I will throw in an eyebrow wax. My stylist is fantastic and one time when she was not available I saw another stylist who was also very talented. Unfortunately, I feel very uncomfortable being there when I am not with my stylist because those whom work there come off as very miserable. The front desk girl looks like she hates being there and who I believe to be the manager seems the exact opposite of professional. I can overhear the other stylists bad mouthing other employees and clients to the "manager", who seems to agree with them. The turnover rate seems to be quite large considering I ask my stylist "where did that woman go who was next to you?" (etc.) and the response is always "She left...". I wish my stylist would relocate to a different salon so I would feel more comfortable, until then...I must suffer.
