Best Sushi and Hibachi around. Hibachi has improved with more choices and they also include fried rice with it! My kids love the hibachi cooking! My husband and I had some of their new house rolls as an appetizer and they were amazing! Try some of their spicy rolls.

Try the J Lo Roll!. The service is kind of slow here but the place is intimate enough to probably get some action while you're waiting for your table to get taken care of if you're not @ a hibachi pit. I DO love the sushi. You NEED to try the J Lo or at least look @ the private sushi list taped to a poll in the restaurant.

Ask your server.. they kind of keep this part hidden. All I have to say about J Lo is that it's a tempura-style roll that is freaking amazing and warm and spicy and full of different fishies. The hibachi isn't bad too.. but who really can screw that up ;)…

WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!. We ate here on Saturday Jan 16th, 2010 at 7:30pm. We sat at the hibachi table and were seated with another couple and were sooned joined by a family of 5 with 3 small children. The tables are designed for 8 guests, so with 9 it felt like we were on top of each other. We had arranged for a babysitter for our kids, and were looking forward to a nice "adult" dinner without kids. We politely asked to move to one of the open seats at another table and were told we could NOT because the other tables were part of a group..

We ordered Filet Mignon and chicken($27.95ea) plus a fried rice appetizer($5.95) along with 3 drinks, 1 midori sour and 2 captain and coke ($17.85).

Our biggest complaint besides being forced to sit at an overloaded table with someone elses kids was the HUGE disparity in portion sizes. The man seated to my girlfriends right was literally given 3 times the amount of food as my girlfriend and at least twice as much as myself. This restaurant has also always tended to give men slightly larger portions than the women (likely a cultural thing) but tonite was just blatant discrimination. Even the children's plates which by the way are only $10.50 were much larger portions than what my girlfriend was given for $27.95.

The food was also very bland compared with other hibachi experiences we have had. I guess we should be grateful for the small portion sizes since the food was so bad.

Also I have to mention the decor of the restaraunt...it seemed very dirty, The ceiling was covered with black soot apparently from a fire. The bathrooms were smelly and dingy with numerous obscenities written on the walls.

Our meal came to $99.03 which included a 15% gratuity. We tried to speak to a manager on the way out but were completely ignored by the waitstaff, when we called from the car we were told there was no manager available to speak to.

We're home now and we both feel sick. I'm going to end this here because I need to run to the bathroom.

The Greatest Sushi. I have been to a number of places for sushi, in Plymouth, Dartmouth, Martha's Vineyard and Boston and Tokyo has the freshest, tastiest servings of Sushi and Maki. The house specials are delightful, especially the Volcano Roll, Mattapoisett Roll, J-Lo and the Seng Special.

When dining at the Sushi bar, the Sushi Chef will tantalize you with little treats and is fun to watch him create his masterful presentations. When it is busy or there are large groups ordering Sushi, your order may take some time but certainly worth the wait, if you aren't in a hurry. If you are there to relax and dine, it is wonderful

I have been there when it is understaffed and very busy and I feel sorry for the waitresses, as they are constantly on the move and doing the best they can. They could certainly use a hostess to greet you or more waitstaff. But, I have always had friendly and knowledgeable service...sometimes more attentive, other times it just takes a while because they are running around from one dining room to the other and seating people, etc.

The atmosphere is casual and comfortable. I enjoy relaxing on the couches for light fare and coctails, the dining room is much brighter with a nice Japanese decor but the hibachi room needs to be updated with a cleaner look and more Japanese or Asian appeal.

Overall, it is one of my favorite places to dine. Excellent food and comfortable atmosphere with great big cans of Sapporo Beer or a nice martini!…
