Terrible Customer Service. The product is very expensive, but seems to work just fine. However, their support has been awful. I have spent several months trying to contact customer service, but they are always secretive, toss the ball to someone else, and when I do finally talk with someone they say they are not qualified so they will put me through with their supervisor. The supervisor is a voice mail, which they don't answer to. Still waiting for their call.…
