Every time I go to Ardan everything is of the highest quality. The service is great, the employees are very friendly, offering me refreshments and asking me if there was anything they could get for me while my color was processing. My hair came out beautiful and it was everything I expected it to be. Their hair products are the best around. Kerastase products make my hair feel so healthy and keep it looking shiny. I have also gotten lazer hair removal treatments and it was quick and painless and very effective. The salon is very clean and very beautiful. I recommend Ardan to all of my friends and family. I always leave with a big smile on my face and very satisfied.

This place won Best of Boston OK. I don't know what the big deal is because my color was the worst I ever had .I mean I was just so upset of the way they treated me and how my hair came out that I had to write a review.I waited for 15 minutes to have the stylist work on my hair.Than she try telling me that I need a treatment before my color trying to push something that I know I didn't need.Than when it was time for my hair hair cut the man stylist try pushing the treatment again by this time all I wanted to do was grab my bags and leave.I went in there thinking that it was this great place and it was a nightmare and the hole vibe of the place was very negative the only good thing I can say is that is a pretty place.
I will never go back .

I agree that the salon is small and the staff seem a tad disorganized. It would be nice to have places to sit. That said, for me, the whole idea is to get quality color and styling. Ardan does that.
