Give yourself a present and RUN away from this store!  The owner thinks SHE is doing you a big favor by even talking to you!  I have been in there numerous times and have been given the same RUDE treatment every time.  I will NEVER set foot in this store  again.  Ordinariy stuff in the store that you can get cheaper online or elsewhere.  Pretty on Paper in Weston ( the owner is a doll and her prices are very good).  paper and Presents will soon be Paper and Past because it will close down  if enough people stop getting abused by her. ellesley has so many wonderful stores and this is the ONLY one that is not and I have been here for a LONG time.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered in a store. They are not very creative and therefore incapable in helping you design anything clever or out of the ordinary. If you would like to order something that has no style or imagination and enjoy rude people, then this is the store for you!
