Poor service

The sales people did a fine job selling me the Lynx grill and suggesting that it was a superior outdoor grill. However, the ignitors have burned out 3 times in one year and the Pro Sear burner has had issues. It has taken 6 mos. to resolve the issue. The gentlemen in service are very nice but unable to respond effectively.

Our Jenn-Air stove had a reoccuring burner problem before the warrenty expired and this continued after the warrenty expiration. Jarvis came out repeatedly to fix the problem. Shortly after the warrenty expired a major electrical system failed and Jarvis fixed it free! I understand it was a problem that they had seen several times in other customer's ovens- but still, that's what I call service and I couldn't be more satisfied.
