It's been almost two years since I went to Dermatology Partners to have MOHs surgery on an area of my forehead by Dr. Litani. I have waited to write this review since the doc there kept assuring me my scar would fade over time.

At the end of my surgery, Dr. Litani said I could choose which way we would close up the now 1 inch hole in my forehead...we could close it in line with my nose or in line with the natural wrinkle lines of my forehead. At the time, I was overwhelmed by the hole in my forehead that had once been a tiny dot and went with her recommendation to close it in line with my nose. To this day, I have a very noticeable scar on my forehead.

In my subsequent follow ups with Dr. Litani, she said I would need to get botox because it was my muscle. I feel very strongly that Dr. Litani advised me poorly and that this should have been discussed prior to my surgery rather than when I'm being faced with a gaping hole in my forehead.. Over the past two years, I have met a number of people who had the surgery in the exact same spot but who had their doctors recommend closing the incision in line with the wrinkle lines. Their scars are completely unnoticeable!

Dr. Lunder was the original Doc that I saw there. She did have a good eye but a horrible bedside manner. She made incisions during office visits with no consideration for the physical work that I do stating that I could work with no problem. When I asked her if I could exercise, she said no. Hello!

Add the demeaning and rude staff to the mix and I would rather take my business elsewhere. If only the scar on my forehead wasn't a constant reminder of Dermatology Partner's shoddy work!

Dr. Bachta is RUDE and disrespectful. My 15 year old daughter is an acne sufferer and we have seen her 3x, but she only throws creams at my daughter and does not listen to us. She is in need of a pill; topical creams don't work. Instead of trying to work with my daughter, she rolls her eyes, makes snitty comments and gives her sass. DISGRACEFUL AND DISGUSTING. Furthermore, she refused to remove a mysterious mole on her back.

Dr. Bachta is outstanding. I have been a patient of Dr. Bachta's for many, many years. I cannot say enough good things about this physician. She is extremely caring and most knowledgeable in her field. I have gone to her for both medical issues as well as cosmetic concerns and am always impressed with her patient demeanor and ability to address any issues with her expertise and kindness. I am thrilled with the cosmetic results and I highly recommend her!!

Very poor service and bedside manner. I would not recommend Dermatology Partners Inc and would advise people to find alternate services. I was very disappointed after my intake appt with Dr.Litani who spent only about 3 mins actually "consulting" with me. 3 mins for an intake appointment!

I was sent on my way with a couple of prescriptions I knew very little about and she did not even look at my intake papers or ask if I had any other concerns. I showed her a small growth and she said "that's benign" and walked out the door. No follow up advice or recommendations. So basically in 3 min I was prescribed antibiotics indefinetly and with no follow up advice. Not even asked to come back to check if this course of treatment would even work.

Frankly I have never met a more disinterested health care provider and over the years I have accompanied many people to medical appts.

more interested in Botox than medicine. Dr. Lunder was much more interested in selling me Botox than examining my skin problem. Once I declined her Botox offer, she became very disinterested and only spent a few minutes with me. Later I had to have a mole treated because Dr. Lunder was more concerned with high priced Botox treatments than with her patient's well being. I would not recommend her for medical procedures.

great and very personable. me and my family have been going to dr lunder for three years. we have a history of skin problems in our family and dr lunder has always been great. she has always been very comforting with us and in particular puts my kids at ease who are very scared of doctors. she's an all round great doc and I have reccomended her to many friends who have liked her as well.

poor bedside manner. My child was seen by Dr Lunder for a small dermatological medical procedure. Dr. Lunder did not speak to my child before or during the procedure. She seemed disinterested in the problem and did not explain the procedure to my child. We waited 3 months to get the appointment and the doctor walked out after 7 minutes. Maybe she is better at botox, but certainly not bedside manner.

Wonderful Dermatologist in my own backyard!. Dr. Herschenfeld gets it! She listened to my concerns and took the time to explain my treatment choices. She is a caring physician who knows her business. I trust her judgement

and know I have found a dermatologist who will work with me. She made me feel comfortable

and was able to efficiently in one visit accomplish amazing results. She is a find and one fine dermatologist. I look forward to being her patient for years to come.

Best Botox in Boston!. Dr. Herschenfeld made me feel comfortable from the moment she walked into the room. She listened to my concerns, answered my questions, then did a great job with the Botox! And, she saw me back a few weeks later to make sure it was just right. I will definitely go back for more-too bad it doesn't last forever!

she does wonderful botox and awesome laser hair removal. Dr. Lunder is a wonderful doctor. She is caring and attentive. I was very scared to have anyone do botox on me but I am glad I bit the bullet and did it. I have heard that some men in town can act arrogantly towards women, but I did not feel that way with Dr. Lunder. Since having botox I feel terrific!! She is wonderful to book even for a consult...she will listen to your needs and concerns and work with you to come up with a treatment plan that works for YOU.
