Customer loses supplies tries to blame store!!!!

Mark Harris has been around for 30+years,that already says something about them!!! They are going to have to deal with some pretty difficult customers in that time. In this case a customer known as "Theyblameme" ,"stoptheshopping"and

"Thereviewer101"is the perfect example of someone that doesn't want to take responsiblity for their actions!

I suppose I would be upset if I lost something too but to try to get the store to take responsibility is pretty low and classless!!! It's a shame but it's the price of doing business with the public."Theyblameme"(and whatever other alias she comes up with) hopefully doesn't do this to other businesses but I'm sure they will handle "her" with the professionalism that Mark Harris has always shown!!

TERRIBLE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS

Unprofessional and disorganized. They do not discount at all , most other places do. They are slow to return calls and make personal calls while making you wait. Not very helpful or creative.

WORST PLACE TO DO BUSINESS

They blamed me for a loss of supplies! They were very inofficiant, not helpful, and the loss of supplies cost me a lot of money. They wouldn't do anything to help. NEVER go there. I do not recommend it to any one. Never doing business there again.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!

Every time I shop at the Chestnut Hill mall I have to stop at "Mark Harris" I love that store!

I did all of my 3 daughters wedding invitations there and will be going back for my 4th daughter's wedding!

The staff is so creative, helpful and accommodating!

Looking forward to getting my first granddaughter's gifts there as well.

I strongly recommend you to see the store and to work with their knowledgeable staff!
