is to die for. Great food, great service and I personally like the lively and comfy atmosphere. Refreshing chinese food...not your run to the mill fried chinese fare.

tight seating and overpriced

I heard great things about Bernard's and was highly dissapointed when dining there. Their "Inventive" dishes lacked orginality and taste, food is overpriced and seating is quite enclosed. It was very noisy and we couldn't get away from our neighboring table's conversation. Service was better than most Chinese restaurants.

I have dined at Bernard's for lunch twice in the past week.
Today was exceptional, in that I tried the chicken soup with rice.
Sounds simple, but it was absolutely one of the most delicious
dishes I have had in a long, long time!!!
