Everything but coffee. Good food, friendly staff, terrible coffee. Ah, the plight of the breakfast/lunch shop with terrible gas-station quality coffee. Focus! Still a good review for the food.

Great pastries and other selections!. This is a great place to go for breakfast or lunch. The new owners are very friendly and the pastries and other selections are delicious. They had a wide selection of pastries, sandwiches, fresh breads, coffee, drinks, and other goodies. They also have a nice selection of artwork on display for sale. It is a cute bakery on a corner with large windows and a bright sunny atmosphere. Parking is right nearby on the street. I would definitely go back!

A true taste of Ireland lures curious gourmands and homesick expats to quiet West Newton.. In Short
This small, homey bakery offers loads of authentic Irish treats, including raisin bannocks, dense soda bread and lemon poppy seed scones. Filling sandwiches are popular with area workers, and coffee and biscuits provide a well-deserved break for neighborhood moms. The handful of tables, covered by flowery linen tablecloths, are perfect for lingering with a cup of English Breakfast and some imported Cadbury chocolates.

Yum!. This place is cute and cozy. It also has great panini sandwiches, cookies, and other baked goods. Veer away from the blueberry muffin, however. Not so great. Everything else I've had there is great, though, and the people who work there are very nice! I wish it had longer hours.

THE place to go for special occasion pasteries. I cannot attend any family function without bringing a fruit tart from Keltic Krust

It is the best - super fresh fruit - crisp crust - and wonderfully decorated. Sometimes they even put a small pineapple top in the middle. Very dramatic and sure to bring oohhhs and ahhhs from all those who see it. They also have great scones, and mini pasteries. The customer service is unbeatable this place is a GEM

Best Croissant in Boston. The Keltic Krust is an Irish bakery with a Russian cook and a European flavor. There are Irish and English pastries, including excellent eccles and absolutely outstanding Chelsea buns, but the surprise for me was the croissant - it's a 10! Ask Marco (or the waitperson of the day) to warm it up for you - just a tad, and then sit down at one of the little tables and let your taste buds carry you off to Paris. Pure enjoyment.

The best bakery in Boston by far!!!!. This is the best bakery I have ever been to. They combine a few different cousines with an exceptional quality and price. The staff is also very unique. They make you feel as if you are in your own home.

As laid back as the Irish!. I love this place! Besides terrific brown bread [our fave] and a myriad of other traditional and tasty delights, this little shop has wonderful and attentive service. They also have heaps of tolerance when we bring our sweet but occasionally feisty toddlers in!

Great place to settle in with a scone and some tea or a latte-

Not a traditional drink but perfectly made at Keltic Krust!
