I used to go to Linda at Davis Hairdressing for the last 3 years and then I called one day and was told she no longer worked there. They recommended someone who did a decent job but I missed Linda's cut and sweet personality.

I found her on fb and to my surprise was just around the corner at this salon.

The salon is very nice. Extremely clean, modern, lots of white with silver. They are still remodeling. They offered coffee and the owner had made some type of pastry which she passed to the clients.

The salon had a friendly front desk, and free parking which is a huge plus. The only thing I didn't like was that Linda washed my hair and got me a bit wet. (She said they were short on assistants that day.) However, the cut and cleanliness are the most important thing to me.

Overall, I recommend the salon.

I had the most AMAZING experience coloring my hair for the VERY FIRST TIME! It takes a lot for me to have any color put into my hair, so this was a big step for me, but I put all of my faith into my hair stylist- LISA! SHE IS AMAZING at cutting and styling my hair. I had a FLAMBOYAGE done to my hair last SATURDAY and it was absolutely amazing. I want to thank Lisa, and the entire salon for making my experience unstressful and relaxing. <3 Joanna

I couldn't be happier with this salon especially Kate. She is amazing and gives great advice to someone like me who has thin fine hair and was damaging it with over the counter box dies. I am never an easy customer for her since I always change up style and color on her, and sometimes can be more of a project than anything. Even some of the other girls have helped in on what to change. What ever my whacky idea I have come up with or out of a magazine with Kate has always been able to pull it off. I love the way my hair looks leaving the salon makes me feel like I am ready to take on the world. When ever someone ask me for a good place to get there hair done I always tell everyone to go here!!!! worth every penny and nicest staff you could possibly get!!!

I've been using Katie for years and she's been amazing. For my wedding, I had her and Katt do my hair as well as my bridesmaids and it was absolutely perfect! They were so accommodating to come to our hotel early in the morning and everything went so smoothly. I couldn't be happier! Thank you Katt and Katie!

I went to Salon De Cinzia in Newton looking for a new look and couldn't be happier!!! My stylist was Dominique and she really took the time to listen to me and did EXACTLY what I wanted!! I love this salon...from the friendly staff to the modern look, it really exceeded my expectations.

Love my hair! I brought a picture of "ombre hair" to see Katt, and she told me she was going to balayage my hair. I was a little nervous because I have never had that done before, but it looks amazing! I keep getting compliments from everyone so thankyou Katt :-)

I just got my hair balyaged by Dominique! I absolutely LOVE IT!! I got so many compliments on it and I am SO happy on how it turned out! I'm totally going back, Dominique was awesome!

Katie is Incredible!!!. I have been going to Salon DeCinzia for the last 8 years and I have NEVER walked out disappointed! Katie has always been my stylist and has always done an amazing job.Her cuts, color, and blow dry's are spectacular! I always get tons of compliments on my hair, especially the color. I like to switch up my color and cut a lot so I always look to Katie for recommendations and an honest opinion, which she gives me and I am always blown away with the end result! I have recently moved from the area but will definitely drive the hour to get my hair done!

Best Haircut Experience Ever. I agreed to be a hair model for a class at Salon De Cinzia so that one of the assistants, Carmel could practice her technique. I couldn't be happeir with the way my hair came out and I will absolutely be returning to this salon as a paying customer!

The consultation was thorough and Carmel and Nancy (the owner) really listened to what I wanted and what I didn't...something that no other salon has ever done for me. Until now I have never had a good experience with haircuts...I'm almost 30!

I highly recommend that anyone sign up to be a hair model for Carmel or Dominique as it's a fun experience, you get to be a part of their (fully supervised) learning experience and its a free haircut! But don't forget to tip :)

I'm so excited to finally have somewhere to go that I know will actually listen to me and not just do whatever they want to my beloved hair!
