Superb customer service. I've been going to Highland Opticians for 38 years, and never had anything but a positive experience. They are competent, pleasant and cheerful. Even if there is a bit of a wait, each customer receives a proper greeting and a "we'll be with you soon". The selection of frames and sunglasses is first rate. That secret shopper (previous review) must have an axe to grind which has nothing to do with the matter at hand!! I'd be hard pressed to think of a better run retail establishment.…

Great Service, Friendly People. I went into Highland Opticians to get my sunglasses fixed and couldn't have had a better experience. Everyone who I encountered there was friendly and trying to help me out. They were able to figure out my problem right away and fix it on the spot. Great all-around service!!!!. I have never had a better experience shopping. All of the employees were very helpful and inquisitive to all of my questions and concerns. Their selection was great and they gave me sound advice on what glasses would work for me. It had the feel of a mom and pop store, but the service of a 5 star corporation. I couldn?t be happier with the whole experience and I would recommend the store to everyone.…
