Rude sales personnel. Walked in recently, the store was completely empty, and the sales person was incredibly rude. It was as if I ruined her day by asking her a question. Will not be returning to this store especially given other options for consignment in the area.

Great for gently used designer kids' clothes. I have been in 2x and both times found something for me and something for my kids. I love the kids selection. Lots of great designer brands in very good condition for huge discounts - lets me get things for them I would not otherwise buy.

A few hidden gems, but you really have to dig.. I've been in there three times, and once I've found something to be happy with, but it's a MESS in there! The clothes go from nice to not so nice (I saw a few stains here and there) and the labels are all high end for the most part.

The service was average, but nothing to rave about. My main problem was that the selection was disorganized and messy. It looked like Filenes duringThanksgiving day after sales but this was before Thanksgiving, so...you decide. Piles and piles of stuff. Lots of bargains for sure, but only a few real prizes. I'd go back there once or twice a season at most.
