Sharon Samuels. Unbelievably rude staff. You have to experience it to believe it.

CLothes are nice.

Owner should not be dealing with customers.

Attitude. Most of the clothing is made in China.

The staff has a tendency to be rude and think they have the right to criticize you. When I explained to Barbara the pants were creasing in a place I did not like she told me (so the entire store could hear) that I needed to exam my own body image and even get a personal trainer and do more ab work! How insulting!

The other sales person told her she was right on -- how can

I possibly shop in a store that has such ill mannered salespeople? Certainly are many other stores to spend my money. Such as Injeanious Boutique which my friends keep telling me about.

Great Store! I recommend shopping there!. My friend told me about this cute little store and I love stopping in and finding some great new clothes. The women who work there are a great help and they have never steared me wrong. My friends and co-workers always compliment my new clothes! I disagree with the negative comment below and I dont understand why you think this, She is really warm and kind and just wants to make your shopping experience better. All I have to say is that I love shopping here and the styles are amazing and the boutique is an overall good place to shop. I highly recomend this cute boutique.

Excellent Customer Service - Highly Recommended. I needed a new outfit for the holidays and I stumbled upon this great little boutique. They were so helpful in picking out clothes for me. They give great personal service. I highly recommend this place.

WORST STORE IN NEWTON!. I am a frequent Newton boutique shopper, and live around the area. The other day, i decided to look around for some "winter sales" (common at this time of year), and unfortunately walked into Sharon Samuels, in Newton Highlands, MA. Upon entrance, i was greeted with nothing but dissatisfied attitude, and once i asked about their sale items, i was given the most disgusted look and was pointed to the direction of the next room. Please keep in mind, a big "50% off" sale sign hung visibly in the front store window, and therefore i believed, as anyone else would, that it was okay to merely ask about this sale. The last straw came when i began eyeing an item on a manikin, which appeared in the sale section, but, as i was forced to find out minutes later, was not on sale. "That is not on sale," said the bitter Sharon Samuels as i was looking over the item. To this i replied, "i am aware." I have never experienced such awfully degrading customer service before in my life, the scene was reminiscent of a scene from pretty woman...hurtful and embarrassing. It comes as a surprise to me that such people still exist. Avoid this store at all costs if you are one against such service.
