Do not buy a car here!!

Do not attempt to buy a car at this dealership. The lot is tiny with a very small selection. Sales people do not know facts about the cars and the sales managers are some of the most arrogant, condescending people I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs.

• Cons: Too many sales people, arrogant sales managers

Great car buying experience

We could not have had a better experience. The process was smooth even with our 18 month old son with us. Our salesperson was incredibly knowledgeable and explained features very clearly. He was very patient and clearly had our interested in mind; at least much more so than the salespeople at other dealerships. By far the best salesperson we've worked with. Ask for salesman George H.

The initial price we were shown was very fair compared to that of other dealerships and there were no salesperson games, confusion or pressure. Beyond belief it was truly a pleasure buying a car here. All of the salespeople we interacted with were very professional.

DO NOT PATRONIZE CLARK AND WHITE -- TRUST ME...

I had the worst experience with Clark & White when they REFUSED to accept a Jeep lease return as required by contract. They said their "lot was too full" to accept cars back and proceeded to harass my agent who attempted to return the car d never accepted it. They also hung up on me TWICE while trying to reach a solution to avoid at least 2 people driving 2+hours round-trip to return the Jeep to an "alernate" dealership in central Mass. I have NEVER encountered a company as RUDE as they were to CUSTOMER. NEVER AGAIN!!! I WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE AVOIDING THEM AT ALL COSTS IF I WERE IN THE MARKET FOR ONE OF THE CARS THEY SELL OR LEASE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I GUARANTEE YOU WILL REGRET IT WHEN IT'S ALL SAID AND DONE.

• Pros: In a high rent district close to home, but I'd travel far to avoid patronizing them.
• Cons: THE RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE.
