Pass!. I really wanted to find a salon a little closer to home so I was excited to see that Wildes Salon offered a lot of the services I was looking for and cancelled my usual hair appointment. BIG mistake. I felt like I was interrupting a private gathering among the staff when I arrived, and the person who did my hair acted as if I was an inconvenience. My hair cut was average at best and not at all what I had requested. I could have gotten over the sloppy cut, but combined with the poor customer service, I have to recommend that people avoid the salon as a whole.

kennith wildes. I went to get my hair colored and cut at this salon once. Thats all i could handle. This is the rudest salon i have ever been in. The people who worked their had such attatudes they make u feel like u are not good enough to be servised my them. I am a former model so i have met alot of stylist. I would never recommend anyone go there unless u enjoy feeling like you are a second class citzen.. Why would anyone ever spend there money there?

Great experiance and talent. I have been going to this salon for a year now. Now me and my sister and friends all go there. They have 2 floors and a sepreated spa area. I was going to another salon for 5 years and it closed in 2005, so i had been in the search for a great salon for a long time when finally i got my color and cut at Kenneth Wilds, and was verry happy! I have also tryed spa services there and was happy aswell. I would definety recomed this salon!

bikini wax horror story. I went to this salon for a brazilian bikini wax, which I have had done for years. I left in so much pain I had to call in sick to work the next day. Skin had been taken off and an area was scabbed over, something I have never before experienced. Upon calling the store I was asked to speak with the aesthetician who began a tirade about her 25 years of experience, her wax was cold so there was no way I could have been burned, I was just inexperienced and completely refused to let me speak at all. After this I had to call the manager handling my complaint instead of them calling me back as promised and then they asked me to call the store to leave my details so I made a total of 7 phone calls to get the situation resolved. I would absolutely never recommend this salon for waxing.
