Friendly and Professional. I've been going to Ciao Bella Salon now for over a year, and I must say I highly recommend them to anyone. Especially those worried about waxing for their first time. I just got fed up with shaving my underarms and I had no idea what waxing would be like, but as a first timer they were great. They're quick, friendly, professional, and resonable. Underarms costs $20 and upperlip costs $10. They always check with you to make sure the wax isn't too hot, and it's never been for me. (I'd say the tweezing after the waxing was the most painful, but it wasn't bad at all)

I've also had an updo at their salon and I was pretty pleased, the hairdresser was unbelievably friendly and funny. Although I do think I'll just stay go to them for waxing only.

I agree with the person below me that the first reviewer is mixing this salon up with another salon because I've never paid in cash, and I've never waited more than 10mins.

Best Salon Outside of Boston. I don't know what katieski10 is talking about. I have been a customer of Ciao Bella Salon for many years and their service has always been exceptional. They DO accept credit cards. I mean seriously, who carries around cash anymore?

Anyway, the salon is always clean. I have never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes from my scheduled appointment time. They always have at least 3 people there during the week. On Saturdays they have 4-5 people.

I would reccommend this salon to everyone. The staff is very friendly and nice-always with a smile on their face.

Based on my personal experience I think katieski10 has this salon confused with another salon.

I HIGHLY reccommend this salon to all.

Awful on all levels. I visited only once and it will be the last. They could only accept cash, which was a pain but not a big deal at first. The salon was not very clean, looked very messy, and they only had 2 people working, which scared me as a new customer. I sat and waited about an hour. I was told 3 times that they'd be right with me, which obvioulsy never happened. After an hour, and hearing another customer get upset because they weren't told about the 'cash only' I decided that it was a bad sign. Instead of offering me some sort of discount or anything to try and keep me, they just said sorry as I stormed out of the salon. As a Supervisor of a Customer Service department I know bad service when I see it, and this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Don't waste your time, not worth it.
