Rude waitstaff!. Hi, I had a Groupon I needed to use. I went there and was truly disappointed. I had my heart on a southwestern type salad, and they were out of avocado!! Argh! I had the veggie burger instead. Too much bun and not enough patty.

The tables are on top of each other. I'm average size, not anorexi, and not fat, and I had trouble squeezing out. They have those half booth half table type set ups.

If you're looking for average food, and less than average service, CCC is the place to go!!

Rude an unprofessional wait staff & manager. My mother and I tried to go there on Sunday morning for breakfast/lunch around 11:00am. The restaurant was not crowded. We found the hostess and manager rude, immature and unprofessional when we asked them not to "split" a table near the front, middle and next to a family of 8 with 2 fussy babies. We left and will never go there again even though I live down the street and used to be a regular. The owner needs to train the staff in respectful customer service.

Nachos!. I have only had like two things from here but they keep me coming back time and time again. The first thing is they have a great beer selection. I love beer cold and on tap and they got it. The second is their nachos. Man oh man. The first time I went here with my brother we ordered these. Now I am about 210 lbs and my brother is about 220 lbs so we ordered the full order of nachos. The server then told us a half order would be enough but we insisted we could eat a lot. After she made us submit we went with the half order and its a good thing we did. There were a lot of nachos! The cool thing about these nachos is that they layer the cheese so almost every chip has something on it.

Also to add to one of my experiences there, there was a trivia question about hockey and the winner got a piece of mud pie. Well we won and got free dessert. Score!

I like this place and it's one of the few good bars in Brookline, my hometown. Holla!

Great for Game Night. If you want a big freakin' burger in Brookline, look no further: the Coolidge Corner Clubhouse is your destination. Most of their burgers are 10 oz - their spicy Big Papi burger is even larger at what I believe is a whopping 16 oz. Me? I had the Ted Williams; 10 oz of beef patty with melted cheddar, mushrooms and bacon, served with a side of curly fries. Deeelish, and enough food to give me two dinners. My burger was so large I had to squish it down just to make it fit into my doggie bag!

The Clubhouse has a massive menu, with pages devoted to appetizers, salads, entrees, different types of sandwiches (there are at least 3 portobello mushroom sandwiches!), and burgers. Their beer list isn't anything to sneeze at, either.

With all the sports memorabilia and flat screen TVs on the walls, it's a great place to watch the game - but don't wait too long to try to snag a seat, because it fills up fast on game days!

Go there Monday Night. The Monday night trivia is fantastic as the moderator keeps all contestants on their toes. Pretty much the entire bar participates. Great place to watch a game and the menu goes well after midnight. I attend a convention in Boston every year and always make it to the CCC for Monday.
