DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY!!. The previous comment about burnt out staff is very true. i go in there in the afternoon and see workers trying to rock crying infants in cribs and they have that glazed look. The place is noticibly dirty and not cleaned with any regularity. The director is very patronizing and phoney. For what they charge, the place should be MUCH cleaner.
