WORST Experience Ever..
Dr. Peskin's office has been, by far, my worst experience. The office is basically the dentist and his receptionist, and she is the most unhelpful, miserable and obnoxious secretary you will deal
with. This woman must have no life because she will actually go out of her way to complicate things for the patient. It has been a month since my appointment with Dr. Peskin, and she will not cooperate with my insurance on purpose. She refused to fax the claim form (without reason), and refused to tell me the address to which she supposedly mailed the form to (the insurance reps said they never received it) so I could double-check its accuracy with the insurance company. When I suggested she mail the form to me so I could do the faxing (as suggested by the insurance rep), she actually hang up on me.
Based on the number of available appointments, I am not surprised the dentist does not have many patients. You could pair the best doctor with a secretary like the one for Dr. Peskin, and you'd end up with no patients too. I'd fire her in a heartbeat. Stay away from this miserable place. They are so bad, I would not go back if they treated me for free.…
