The BEST facial ever! I had the microdermabrasion facial. The BEST facial ever! I had the microdermabrasion facial. It's cost was $150 and worth every penny! Even though the spa gets the a little noise from the salon side, Iriina made the room so soothing and peaceful that I didn't even hear anything but the music . My skin looks and feels great. The quality of the products and obvious education of the esthetician makes this spa special for me

I did have previuos expriences with spas but this one is oversome rooms is clean and neat ,may be i will add more stuff for decor but i don't reallly care the most important that my skin is glowing

Iriina - makes me feel like I belong at LB spa. I've been here 3 times now and have always been satisfied. I am not a spa person - it makes me self-conscious to sit around in a robe, reading Lucky (a whole magazine about shopping?) having people cater to my needs and look deeply into my pollution-clogged pores. Irina - makes me feel like I belong at LB spa She wellcome me with smille when we start and i do feel that i will be take off

When I leave i would like to come back

Friendly and effective!. My friends have been telling me for ages to go here, and I’m so glad I finally did! The location is a welcoming little storefront in the Village, and I noticed there was a nice aroma when I walked in. Everyone was very friendly and seemed happy to be there, including the other clients, and I had a great facial with Natasha. I have been experiencing some acne problems recently, so Natasha took her time during the extractions for me, and suggested a great mask that gave me a deep clean feeling. I was very happy with how she tailored the facial to my needs. This is a place you can trust for a great facial - I highly recommend it.

horrible. I decided to try one of their facials and cannot regret enough that I did, a waste of money to say the least. My esthetician was absent for at least half of my facial, which I later learned that she actually catered to another client while I was under the mask. Are you kidding me? Am I paying all that money for her to work on other client - never again!

best facial/skincare. I especially recommend the seaweed facials, and the organic peel, which truly lightened/brightened/changed the quality of my skin, leaving long-lasting improvements in elasticity and tone. (My family and friends were inquiring about whether I was using a new makeup, when in fact I was wearing none.) Recently, Lavinia launched a product line. The eye cream and the 2 face creams (which I've been using alternately--day/night--are absolutely fabulous. When I go elsewhere for skin care, I'm always disappointed. Everyone who's worked on me has been very professional/knowledgeable, with the exception of Erma/Irma; just be sure you don't get her as your esthetician, and I guarantee you'll be pleased with this place. It's a real gem.

Great experience, knowledgeable staff, and amazing skin care. I went to Lavinia Borcau Skin Care two days ago for the first time, and had no idea what to expect. Upon leaving, not only did I feel relaxed, but I had a higher understanding of my skin and how the skin care products I had been using were actually more harmful than helpful, because of the synthetic products used.

Lavina introduced me to her new skin care line, Lavie Organique, which uses zero synthetic products. Lavinia's skin care line is one hundred percent organic, and after just one facial using Lavie Organique products, I was sold!

Not only is this skin care product amazing, but the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, informing me of every step of the facial that they were doing, and telling me how it positively affected my skin.

I will definitely be returning to Lavinia Borcau Skin Care in the future!

Great Experience!. Yesterday I went to Lavinia Borcau Skin Care for the first time and it was a great experience! Lavinia and her staff were incredibly attentive and were so knowledgeable and passionate about their organic products and services. Lavinia let me sample a number of products including the day cream and the face mask from her new LaVie-Organique line. The products smelled incredible and worked amazingly well.

I will definitely be going back to Lavinia Borcau Skin Care for all of my skin care needs!

What a Find!. I’m writing to share my wonderful experience at Lavinia Borcau Skincare. I was not exactly sure what to expect when I received a gift certificate for a “spa manicure.” Well, from the moment I set foot in the place, I was treated like royalty! I was greeted immediately and made very comfortable (I was early but was soon getting my manicure.) The receptionist noticed I was looking at the skin care products in a wistful manner and gave me several samples to try before I made the purchase. And that was just the beginning.



My manicure was heavenly. As Natasha said, this was no ordinary manicure. She did a wonderful job on my dry, cuticle-laden hands and did a lot a little extras such as hot towels and wonderful aromas to name but a couple.



I have been back to Lavinia Borcau Skincare as often as my schedule allows (after all, I come all the way from Gloucester for these treatments). I have recommended this salon to all of my friends. I can’t say enough good things about Lavinia and her wonderful services.

a beautiful experience!. I started going to this salon years ago after seeing Lavinia's name on a Best of Boston list as the #1 brow waxer in town--and have been getting compliments on my eyebrows ever since. Over the years I've also had a variety of facial treatments, including microdermabrasion and organic peels. I have very sensitive skin, so I was little worried about irritation from these treatments, but there was no redness afterwards--only fresh, glowing skin. The atmosphere there is elegant and sophisticated but the staff is so friendly and unpretentious that you immediately feel at home. I've had services from Lavinia herself as well as Natasha and Irina--they are all experts at what they do. If you're looking for beauty treatments that not only makes you look great, but also feel special--this is the place!

irina done great job to make my skin before wedding glow ,very informative. i don't review spas ever, but I absolutely love this place and felt compelled! irina is great

Have been there twice and received two different signature treatments and both were fantastic. The facilities were clean with a modern Asian feel. Very relaxing. It may not look like much from the front, but once you're inside you forget that you are sitting right next to a busy freeway.

If you live in the area this is a great place to have a little relaxing get away for a few hours. It's a bit priceyfor me but I would much rather go here then say, a Burke Williams. Much more personality.

My only regret is that I can not afford to come here more often.Try Organic Peel you would lie it
