LOVE this cute little shop!. Came here to get my watch serviced and was so happy with their expertise. A job like that would have cost me over $600.00, but here they charged me half that and did an amazing job! I also purchased some really nice sterling silver jewelry for very reasonable prices. Try this store, you won't be disappointed!

Great service!. This is the place to go if you have any clock repairs! They were able to come and pick up my grandfather clock from my house and repair it with a 1 year warranty. Other places I went to all told me that they would not be able to fix anything. This store has very professional service and they give a warranty!

Great Customer Service!. Came here with my rolex and loved the service they provided. They cleaned my watch and serviced it. They also give you warranty on their service! Who can ask for more!? I definitely loved it and would use them again.

Terrible customer service. DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOCK TO THIS PLACE!

I gave them my clock to repair on 6/27/09 and the guy who came and picked it up told me it would cost $175-$225 and be done in two to three weeks. He took a $50 check as a deposit.

The check was cashed very promptly, but that was the only thing that was done promptly!

After no hearing anything from them for over a month, I decided to stop by and see about my clock on Saturday, 8/15/09. Their website says they are open M-S 10-6 and I stopped by at about 1:00. They were closed and the sign at the door said "Back at 11:00". Evidently they decided not to be back at 11:00.

So I called and left two messages. I heard back from the guy who I think is the owner, Ari Rubinov, on Monday 8/17/09. I was told that the clock was still not ready because "they have lots of clocks there and mine is not the only one" and that it would take another month to get fixed and that the estimate was going up another $85.00.

I have since left two messages asking them to call me back because I no longer want them to work on my clock. Today I sent an e-mail message saying I want to come pick up the clock so I at least have some sort of record of all this.

If/when I get it back, I will take it to an actual professional place to have it repaired! These guys seem very unprofessional and I am not getting the feeling they are very honest either.

So if you actually want something repaired, don't bring it to Village Watch Center!!!
