Excellent, Honest and reliable service. I had an issue with my heating unit not running, brought a local HVAC company in that I found online. They suggested I need to completely replace the furnance so I figured I would call out for a second quote. Atlantic comes in, the tech showed up on time, looked at the unit and determined it was some minor part.

He repaired it on the spot and it ended up costing me a fraction of what a replacement would cost. These guys easily could have replaced the unit and charged me full rate but the tech was honest with me.

Atlantic immediately answered my call, they scheduled a date and showed up on time, the technician was very polite and plesant to deal with and billing was simple with a credit card over the phone. I will definitely use them for all future HVAC work.

Best HVAC Company in Greater Boston! No Question.. We chose Atlantic based on their great reputation in the western suburbs (many of our friends use them), and we're glad we did. They definitely lived up to their reputation. We hired Atlantic to install central air. They gave us options and helped us understand our choices. They were very professional, timely, honest, do great work, and even cleaned up well after their work was complete. We are thrilled with the outcome. We will definitely recommend Atlantic to our friends.

Great Experience!. We hired Atlantic to install central air conditioning in our home. We found the pricing to be very fair and really enjoyed working with everyone we dealt with. The whole process from quoting to completion was quick, easy and painless. We were especially impressed how nice the guys were and how well they cleaned up everyday they were here and how good they were at putting drop cloths down and wearing booties. We love our new system and would highly recomend Atlantic!

Great Service from Atlantic!. My hot water heater broke and after being stood up twice by another company I called Jon at Atlantic, and he quickly got a technician out to my condo. The tech was very professional and efficient, and quickly fixed my hot water heater! Jon was even able to get the necessary part covered by the warranty saving me $$! I would HIGHLY recommend Atlantic Heating & AC for fast, professional reliable service!

A company that remembers what service is about.... Since my wife and I have moved into our new home in Brighton over a year ago, Atlantic Heat & Air Conditioning Company, Inc. has been our go to company for all of their services. The owner of the company Joe Iorio was the one that actually came to the house to design the A/C system. He was sure to make sure that any savings that could be had or any regulations the city had were met. His son Jon was actually the customer service rep that put everything together...you really can't beat a family run and locally owned company that is actually both of those things. When the crew was working on the construction I was amazed at how clean they left the house each day. Since then I have had a few followups and have never had to wait more than 24 hours for service. I can't say it enough, but Atlantic Heating & Air Conditioning Company, Inc.is the best in quality and service in their industry.

Great installation crew. We recently had two furnaces and a hot water heater replaced in our home done by Atlantic. Everything was perfect! The work looks great and the equiptment works very well. They made everything very easy for us, and were profesional in all stages of this project.

Great experience. My husband and I have an old oil system that recently went down. I called Atlantic Heating and someone in the office (John?) told me that someone would be out to look at it right away. Their technician Ricky came out and fixed it within an hour. He was very pleasant and overall I had a very positive experience.

worst ac technician. called in the morning cause my ac unit in my business stopped working..told the technician to call me as soon as he left the brookline office and never did..showed up at 12:40pm stuck around till 3:30 with no results did not know what to do kept referring to the manuel and constantly calling customer support for help with the ac unit..and at the end he had done nothing...what a waste of my time...horrible experience...highly not recommened!!!

excellent prompt service. called in the afternoon, had someone show up two hours later. fixed the problem rapidly, gave excellent advice. friendly, prompt. worth the price.

Great installation and customer service. A few years ago, Atlantic worked very hard to install a great HVAC system in my house replacing my old one. Whenever I have had any questions or needed service they have always been helpful to me. I recommend their expertise and service.
