Ripped Off. I am very disappointed in Menards. I went in to have one ring buffed and another ring repaired. I was quoted a price and very please with the quote. I trusted the quote/people and walked out with my ticket but nothing in writting and when I returned to pick my rings up they charged me double the original quote and hacked one of my rings (the one repaired) which happens to be my great grandmothers. I cried my eyes out!! I will never go to Menards ever again for anything, to think I was excited because it was a family owned buisness and so close to my home....you can't trust anyone today.
